Absolutely.
That doesn't mean I don't want anybody here getting the wrong impression about this tournament.

Okay then. I'll need your stats. Just send me a PM.
And here comes the part where I press people for stats. The faster you get them in, the faster the tourney will start, and the faster chances will rise that you'll get bragging rights.
Do remember that a set of stats will not come overnight. Plus, it's Christmas Eve. Make some time allowances, please.
An ARC version of All Bar One as it just plain won't work  .
I keep finding conflicting values with the formulae and the stats are all way to high to make it work hence I am giving upon it.
I could easily say the same about the main focus of your post that came after that Tony. What you should look at is WHAT I said about it, and what I said was that we'd be better off without references to that situation and to not bring it up as a focus for this, otherwise fine, tournament.Quote:

Check out who's on team FRA here.
Okay, we have 3 entrants for team FRA. Team ARC has 4, but 2 of them haven't brought in stats. Team FRA has 1 person who hasn't given me stats yet, and Martijn needs to give me his ARC stats.
Team FRA needs only 1 more person before spots are filled up.
EDIT: Jordan, your FRA stats don't have to match your ARC stats.
EDIT AGAIN: Merry Christmas. :P
my advise for Jordan and his translation to ARC style stats is to look where the focus of your robot bot is and rank your stats accordingly rather than just dive into a mathematical thing you cant solve. If you have 100 points to divide (hypothetical number) and believe your robot has a great weapon, medium armour and a bad speed and traction, just say Weapon=50, Armour=25, Speed=13 and Traction=12, all random numbers of course.
I think Im doing the same for Liar 2, do you think that's a good idea Mark?
You might as well. And don't forget to PM me the stats.
And Jordan: Remember: Translational spinners must have a torque of 0. However you can get around that since your robot rams as well as spins.
Also, the stats are 22 points instead of 100.
can someone please enlighten me on ARC. at a guess it stands for American Robot Community???????????????????
I believe it stands for Advanced Robot Combat and is the American equivalent of Fanfic. There are differences in that there is a fixed design arena to fight in and the stats take the shape of ratings (like, weapon power rated out of a certain amount) although that's mainly from a quick glance at the webpage for it. Someone more clued-in on the matter will probably provide better info :)
