Indeed, after seeing the construction of the RC arena I am confident it can contain all current FW spinners.
You might think of extra ventilation though, if a nicad fire breaks out in the arena the vapours coming of of them are quite toxic. Ventilating the arena before entering is advised.

Leo - Have you seen the two big doors :proud:.
If weve had a fire in there the doors will be left open and clear untill it is safe enough to enter. We had to make ventilation holes in the roof so that it doesnt heat up too much, or get too full of smoke - but some form of induction for them is also something to look into in the near future.
But first - we want to make sure the rest of it works well enough!

That hit on 24V was nice Adrian, and it sounds menacing at that voltage too. Im looking forward to seeing it in action on Saturday, whatever voltage you choose to have it at :)

depending on my opponent and what works best after trying both, but we would like to see it on 24volts all day really.
it was surprising how much damage it caused on 12v, it doesnt look much on the vid.

Hi kenny, stop as in, stopped working/broke something? the spinner was fine after that, i shut off the power literally as i hit it, the red robot chassis hit a concrete gravel board on the fence and took a nice chunk out of it lol.
