Information
Schumey Too is a heavyweight robot that was originally built by John Pocock from Lancashire. The first version of this machine was built for the second series of the UK Robot Wars in 1998 where it was beaten in the gauntlet stages of its heat. Schumey Too was then built the following year for Series 3 with a set of lifting forks but it was beaten in the first round by Steel Avenger due to driving in the pit. After Series 3, Schumey Too was retired and sat in the shed for 15 years before being sold to John Findlay of Roaming Robots who modified it to have a front lifting scoop, however John had too little time to take it on as a project and sold it to Krissy Knee from Swindon who continues to fight in the live events, including the Robot Wars Live show where it fights only in Retro battles.
