      Information
Toon Raider is the second heavyweight that was built by Team Toon Army from Newcastle. It was originally built from the teams previous robot And His Army which was small and powerful but was lacking a weapon. So in 2010 it was given a new weapon and a new name with the help of John Findlay from Roaming Robots. Toon Raider was armed with a powerful flipper which could kick a lot of opponents into oblivion and had done well in competitions reaching the finals of the 2010 UK Championships in its debut year and also doing well as a member of Team Barbie in the Robots Live! Team Championship events.
