      Information
Storm 2 is a heavyweight that was built in Suffolk as the successor to the teams previous robot Storm which took part in a lot of events around the UK and also the Dutch Robot Games events. Storm 2 was built in 2002 for Robot Wars where it won the New Blood Championships in Extreme 2 in its first appearance on the TV, thus allowing it to qualify automatically for the UK Seventh wars where it was also given a Wild-card seeding. Here it didn't fail to impress where it beat the much fancied Steel Avenger and Firestorm on its way to the Grand-final where it lost a controversial judges decision to Typhoon 2. It did however come back at the end of the series and win the 3rd World Championships to redeem itself. Storm 2 has done well in the FRA events, reaching the finals of a lot of the UK Championships events including the 2006 UK Champs where it finished runner-up to Turbulence and also finished 4th in the Roaming Robots 2006 Winter Tour. Storm 2 has also travelled to robot events abroad as well, it went to Holland in 2003 for the European Championships, the RoboGames event in San Francisco in 2008 and also the Robots Live! event in Singapore in 2014. Storm 2 had a very powerful push of 18HP in its drive which was enough to push robots with the force of a hurricane.
