Maybe, not to sure though, but it would make sense in a way, Marlon may have tried to get rid of it before he moved to Australia, rather than taking it with him. If it was on ebay, it didn't sell, Marlon still has it.

I've got the series 6/extreme 2 version, Marlon has the series 7 version.
I'm sure I asked a while back if I could buy the series 7 version (sentimental reasons of course) but he said it wasn't for sale.

Looks like a sodastream bottle, normally marked NOT REFILLABLE so possibly not.
My guess. A large steel sparklet from a big powder extinguisher, with a reworked pinvalve.
Equaly marked non refillable.
