teeth in;

T slots finnished, teeth made and pressed in nice and snug;

End cap to protect teeth from side impacts/stop teeth coming out from 5mm stainless fitted;

Test fit in chassis;

Teeth snow stick out 10mm rather then 5mm, and it will act as single tooth ish- so hopefully it'll have more then twice the engagement as before

... next up is a paintjob, and strip down for loctite!
