Spinning body with teeth to cause damage. Weapon weighs 35kg and spins at 750rpm, robot can also make the weapon rotate at 1500rpm by spinning on the spot.

Information
Gyrobot was built by Steve Wood and Neil Solomon from Swindon in 2001. It failed to qualify for Robot Wars Series 5 and 6 but qualified for Series 7 where it lost the second round of its heat to Grim Reaper. Gyrobot has also fought a lot in the Roaming Robots events and the Robot Crusade events. Gyrobot is well known for its design for having a full body spinner that has the ability to run upside-down making it an unstoppable and destructive force among competitors.
