Sorry to bump my own thread, but I think I need some learned advice again...
I took a while in ordering, because I don't do internet buying and don't have a non-debit credit card (yet), and so I got a friend to use their credit card, and I would pay them back.
Well, by this time Sussex model center say they're out of stock in the Planet 5 transmit/receive sets, and they probably won't have any until the end of July, but they recommended this set instead:the Saturn 5.
So, would any of you recommend the Saturn 5 for Antweight roboteering, or should I wait for the Planet 5 to come back in stock?
There are a few ants and indeed feathers that use the saturn sets, although I personally have no experience using them. Technobots sell them, there should be a bit more info on there. I can't 'recommend' the saturn sets but since they've been used I haven't heard any complaints.
they look real bad, i have a 2.4ghz tx for sale if you want it

Could you give me some other specs for it? How many channels? Are we talking a set of transmitter and micro-receiver here, or are you just talking about the transmitter?Originally Posted by harry hills
