Glad to hear that the robots have gone to a good home. It will be great for the sport to have a robot like Mortis back on the scene again.

Shane, a honest suggestion would be to use Maelstrom as another Mortis that would be used in battles and the like, while the original Mortis would be used in demos and static displays. As for getting the bot to work: Mags, titanium, and new pneumatics might be a good idea.

Mark, I'm fairly sure Shane knows what he's doing :P he'll certainly know that Maelstrom was never pneumatic to begin with...

The robot which was Maelstrom will now be called DUEL. It will have lots of time spent getting it to battle status. We will be running it for white boards and entertainment purposes not full on competition. We feel Envy or Thor will be our Full on robots. Duel is all electric and doesnt have pneumatics. I could try to explain the setup on the weapon but it would be much easier to see it working i think. Mortis did its first display at Liam Bryants party. Looking good too if i may say so.
