I've been locked out of the RW101 forum how do I get back on it?

I had a similar problem a while ago. In my case I had left the page but the session cookie hadn't timed out so when I tried to sign in it thought I was already logged in. Try ctrl+shift+delete and delete your cookies (and active logons if using firefox.)
