Thread: 2.4Ghz radio control

  1. #1
I notice that Robot Market Place in the US has just introduced a very reasonably priced 2.4Ghz radio set.
    Details are here http://www.robotcombat.com/marketplace_rc_radioDX6.html

As our rules stand we allow 40Mhz and 459Mhz. Would there any merit in also allowing 2.4Ghz? or is there any reason why we shouldnt allow it?
I would welcome any comments from the community on this subject.

Licence free... should be down to the event organiser.

Definately should be added to the rules.

For that price and these promises, im very willing to test this out. It sounds like something with great potential.

Another review, on the BR6000 receiver, for better range.
