Repeats of robot wars

Just notice whilst setting my planner for the weekend that Robot Wars: The Fifth Wars is on Sky 1 on Sunday @ midday.

Programme notes says it includes Steel Avenger and Storm.

It says its on in our TV times as well, also on the Sky planner. i seem to remember the SA & Storm (Storm force not Storm2) being the first heat and with Chaos 2 in.

So it is - Ive not seen it since its original showing on what is now BBC3.

It was that series that 1st caught Davids eye at age 2Â½ and he turns 7 next week. Its amazing how far things have come since then - including me

Ok so its Series 5 and Sky One wil stick ads in where there aint spaces for ads but what the heck, itll be nice to see it again

I can still remember watching the first series with Jeremy Clarkson and wanting to build one myself. Such an odd thought to think that I am now building bots!

Lol, I was the same. Theres a pic on my profile of a robot design I did when I was about twelve. Looking at it now I realise how unrealistic the stuff written on it is but it seemed cool at the time
