    Sorry Mario is correct. They are obviously taking 298K as room temperature (25degrees celcius). Also when you think about it if its solid at 25degrees then it will obviosuly still be a solid at 21degrees as I am unaware of anything that changes from a solid to a liquid by cooling.

    Ian, Helium 3 will change from a liquid to a solid under certain conditions, it has to be at 30 atmospheres and 0.5 kelvin towards absolute zero.
