Thank you for clearing that up.

Just to recap, I was the one defending the FRA and the integrity of the people who are involved in it. I came here to stop a rumour not to start one. I was not throwing rocks.

Now I will go back to the person and tell them what you have told me.

Sometimes there can be no other way of saying (for example with a figure pulled entirely off the top of my head) that the maximum pressure for an HP pneumatic system is 120psi. Also, in my example, if the RFL rule states 120psi, the FRA are not compelled in any way to choose another.

Philip, as far as I am aware, Ed is not speaking on behalf of the FRA and did not say that he was. This is an important point as his statement above may well be correct but his tone is counter-productive as can be seen by replies to yours and Steves posts on the Robowars forum.

Apologies - I dont suffer fools gladly.

If Philip (or the person saying this) had a genine ongoing concern about the FRA rules then they should have contacted the FRA directly who would have been able to issue them with the answers the wanted promptly, accuratley and personally.

Instead weve had days of discussion publically including public suggestions that the FRA is being dishonest.

My apologies if my tone was seen as counter-productive, however the productive way for this to have been for Philip (or whoever he represents) to email the FRA directly rather than gossiping on the forum.
