    Neat. Certainly looks like a robust shell. Looks like just the shell parts, what do you plan to put back into it?

    I like it !
    All Robots should have a face,it gives them character.

    I think back to the Robot Wars days and some Robots Didn't do well but you

    can still remember their Faces like Diotor,Milly anne Bug and errr struggling a bit now Death warmed UP....Who? oh forget it

    HDPE can be worked with normal wood working tools, for straight lines I’m currently using a standard wood saw (a hacksaw can make neater cuts), for the wiggly bits I have a jigsaw with wood blades, cutting a straight line takes practice though! Maybe you could clamp a straight edge to the piece and follow it as a guide? For reference I’m currently using a combination of 18 and 25mm cut from pipes.
