The new V3 version of the NanoTwo is meant to be out in a week or so I think...
As I say, come bring it to the social, might get a good idea of just what went wrong.

I am a bit perplexed about your esc. Do you have access to a multi meter? If you do check to see if you can see the winding resistance on your motor terminals. It should be around 10-20 ohms. If its around 1ohm or less then you have shorted the motor.
Regardless though, definitely contact the supplier for your esc and see if they can replace it for you. If that falls through then you could probably go for a Dasmikro. you do have to solder everything together unfortunately. link is here:

Make sure you change the shipping to priority direct mail else it will be give a months romantic cruise for 1. Changing the shipping is a bit hidden away but its there on that page.
If you are a bit tired of soldering you could probably try these by vex. They are individual motor drivers and are a bit heavy at 10g each. Ive seen them used in beetle weight with no apparent drawbacks and should be suitable for ants.... unless someone can point out something glaringly obvious to me.

I actully habe a Dasmikro! I’ve just never taken it out of the bag it came in, I’ll admit when it first came I looked at it and was like ummm no! Hahaha I think it was because it didn’t come with any instructions so I had no idea where anything really wen, but now I’ve done a bit of soldering I might be abit more confident at giving it a go now! I’ll give it a try later this afternoon! Cheers mate!

So with the things from Vex, I’d need two? One for each motor? And they JR plug into the Lemon?
Bad Wolf
Yeah, you'd plug them into the Lemon and then have the transmitter do the mixing to achieve forward motion.

Well there will be no harm in trying the dasmikro if you have it. Admittedly the only wiring information is on the web page where you buy it. It is a bit vague as ive known some people to try and connect VCC to VCC servo at some point in their system. Make sure not to do that If you are unsure draw your a wiring diagram and post it here and people here will give you a verdict on it.
And yes that is correct about the vex. Obviously you will have to solder motors to it as well.So with the things from Vex, I’d need two? One for each motor? And they JR plug into the Lemon?

So is this the right lay out? I’ve got red and black going to the motors, two JR cables and then a power cable
