Thread: Turnigy TZ-85A brushed motor hack - amended code for Spektrum Dx6i

  1. #61

I've found that AVR Studio is a pain in the backside... I've been using AVRDUDESS (https://github.com/zkemble/AVRDUDESS) to perform the flashing. You could also feasibly use avrdude on its own from a command-line if that's your thing.

So far, I've successfully reflashed two TZ85A using the firmware in the first post of the thread (which works beautifully, btw!) and two F-20A using the original firmware from https://launchpad.net/brushed for them.

I also can't recommend the Atmel Flashing Tool from Hobbyking enough - it makes the process so much easier than having to solder wires to the board!
