    That's sounds pretty good then Leo! Having spoke to glen about those belts he did say the green ones were quite hard, but having a bit of slip is a good thing.

    Be good to see a brushless spinner that works reliably on budget components.

    What sort of current draw does it pull?

  4. The joints on the HDPE ain't milled right trough.
    But bending 15mm HDPE accuratly is not easy, not even with industrial heatguns.
    So, the hybrid solution. The joints are milled out 8mm deep, leaving 6mm thick HDPE solid. The rest will be welded and the ali supports replaced by Hardox angles.
