Thread: Hobbyking Customer Service

    Has anyone ever had to contact them? I'm attempting to now after returning a tx that is definitely faulty that they claim isn't, I just hadn't turned it on. Believe me, I know how to turn a transmitter on. You can't seem to call them and talk to someone, best they can do is a very slow email conversation on Live talk which is just as bad.

    Wondering what others experiences of this were?

    Mine have been pretty good. I had an ESC die out on me and they arranged it that I could send it as an RMA to Germany instead of Hong Kong.

    I'm surprised to hear that Leo, maybe its just the UK warehouse that's like that then. I have yet to speak to a person who gives a response that is relevant to the question. It makes me think they are using either a computer to respond or bad translation software. Better still, sometimes they just delete my question without even attempting to answer it.
