    have the same shaft as a speed 900 so could be similar to the replicas

    don't buy those motors unless you've asked some obvious spec questions voltage, current draw, stall current

    just becuase a motor looks like a speed 900 doesn't mean it will perform the same

    my advise go with the gimsons few reasons

    well made
    good motor setup
    cheap
    and they won't depreicate too much aslong as you dont wreck them

    Seriously just go for gimpsons or 4wd drill motors as its your first bot, don't attempt your own gearing! There's been a fw storm 2, I believe it was called stiff breeze and I think it had Astros for drive.

    Build a simple robot, have some fun with it, learn about more complex things, check out what other robots use and how they're put together.

    hi guys do ya know what the file extention the FRA forum will let you add as an image
    I mean on sketch-up you can only export as .dae or .kmz both of which are not allowed
    like on an image its .jpg
    or i could send it to shapeways and send a link

    do a print screen, paste it in microsoft pain and crop it to the image then save as jpeg
