Its the longest day of the year - followed by the night before your birthday and Christmas Eve.
Its a non day spent worrying about what it will look like and what people will think

Dont worry Ed, everybody will see a sweaty, nervous Big guy in that booth, with an enormous grin after a good fight.
I went that route already, and only some roboteers who know me reacted. And not negatively.
2 sweaty big guys...
Ed, I know we take the mick out of you for so many things, but credit where its due, Storm II made tonights show one of the most watchable for a long time. You have designed and built a superb machine.
Well done chap
Well done Mr Ed.
I like your flipper, the robot that looks like Biohazard, not Tornado.
Great heat. killolot trackless :)
Ed, all I noticed was confidence and an ability to talk rationally and off the cuff in a high-pressure situation.
That and the big grin of course! :proud:
Ditto..
Without doubt the best heat of the series, and all down to one robot.
Congrats Ed, all that hard work paid off in spades there..

Yeh, well done Ed for a very convincing display. We know what you mean about TV day as were exactly the same! Its more nerve-wracking waiting for the show to start than waiting to go into the arena.
Glad thats over....
