There's always something. I been doing a bit of weapon testing to make sure I got the right channel. With the new battery in and going to put the safety link in, then it does this.

This why you test things more then once, so you can avoid things like this.
Now I need more plugs.
-
Oh dear... looks like a big ol' spark perhaps? Worth investing in the next size up?
-
-
I was thinking of the plugs - I guess these are XT60s?
-
Yes they are, what's next size up?
-
XT90s are the next step up, they should do fine.
-
Yes, XT90s. I should note that there is a anti-spark variant available (XT90-S) which I have for Kaizen so hopefully should help allieviate this problem (https://hobbyking.com/en_us/xt90-s-a...pairs-bag.html).
-
Will I need to change all the plugs or just the ones for the safety link?

Well it seems to be 1 step forward 5 steps back.
Put on the new XT90 and switched it on and now this.

The fuse now decide to do a bit of sparking, I'll have to change the fuse and a few other things inside just to be sure. Maybe I should change my robot name to Sparkman.
On the plus side I finally got my HDPE panel that will be its armour, just need to measures it and cut it up to its right size.

After 3 days of work on BOB it's nearly done. All it needs now is redo the support frame a bit, put some fittings on the lid, put the rest of it in, weight it and that should be it. If I can get it done tomorrow ready for Manchester it would be great.
