Yeah well that is what I thought. I work on a budget that's like a tenner here and a tenner there. I've started building Jeff the featherweight and my 3 yr old is loving it. It's really giving him something to get into so we have plans for a budget ant lol. Ie servo drives, receiver and battery (possibly a mixer), deodorant can wheels and a body made from cut up roses tins 8)

Are you going to the AWS in Reading? It would be a great opportunity to see what ants are all about. Plus I'm sure plenty of people would let you have a poke about their robots and give some good advice.

I'm not sure when Reading is, I'll look into getting to some of the events. I'm going to the York Railway Museum as a casual spectator to get my bearings for the feather weight stuff.
