Nowhere in the UK (new at least). Depending what you're using it for you might want to try http://www.technobotsonline.com/technob ... ype-a.html which has recently appeared
ah, that sounds perfect. has enough amps (i only need about 7 amps), can take my 24v (30v capacity) and is reversable :)
out of intrest what are you using it for?
Kan-opener style claws on my feather which are powered by a 24v, 100kg worth of force actuator
This module might even be modifiable for larger relays/solid state relays..
for what i need it for, it should be fine in the state i buy it :)
Just thinking out loud..
aint nothing wrong with that
Clever girl.....
Btw Ewan, was thinking about taking your kinetic energy axe idea and jacking it up to a middleweight size straight off the bat. Be a nice good sized test for the theory :)
ah ye, how is the MW comming on?Quote:

This switcher doesn't appear to have limit switch inputs, so if your using it for an actuator, you will have to find some way of protecting it when you get to the end of its stroke.
middleweight is still in the air atm. Pretty much but i'm not bothering with brushless. At that scale the controllers get so costly and temperamental. Just gonna use either an iskra 800 or bosch 400 to spin up the disc on a relay. Thinking about a 4kg ish disc at around 2500 to 3000 rpm.
o and vertical disc to simplify things further. Wanna prove the concept more than anything else
how would i add a switch limiter into it?
