Any other offers out here, Im always one for keeping his options open :)
im more looking into second hand to keeps costs as low as possible for the time being until I start selling some of my baby snakes :)
thats quite cheap for what it is, give us a couple of weeks and i may buy it
its amazing for what it is, but i just dont have that kinda cash right now
then why did you ask
i have money, just not the £300 needed for that esc and im holding out for something good at a price i can afford
good luck mate, let me know if you find anything :D i will probably end up making my own and spending the money on better motors
I would say, if you want affordable and dependable, Team RCC goes for the Sidewinder from Robotpower.
On the other hand, we have a few in use, so, unless our electronics guy, Ilyama of the Scorpion XXL Ilyama version fame, has a spare around we can sell, there is a small problem.
scorpion xxl? i though that was a feather esc?
it is, he is talking about the sidewinder (2x80amps)
i have looked into the sidewinder and they look like good esc's, now its just find a price that my pocket can cope with :)
how much money do you have to play with?
i know its like gold-dust on here but if anyone has something like a second hand sidewinder then pm me. ill also take 4QD's :)
have you asked terry? last time i heard he had 2, 200amp 4qds+interface
he has offered them too me but im unsure if someone got in there first :)
They did :) . They'll be in Scar shortly after Edinburgh.
nothing solid yet so im still looking :)
You know you want the Vantec 38E !
i know i want them, but i also know that i cant afford them right now. if they are up still in about a month (doubt it but they might) then its a different story :)Quote:
