Not allowed to have lipos, here is a fully working Graunper Li-po quick charger 4for 10 quid.It needs a 10 to 15 volt power supply and can charge lipos from 1 to 4 cells, and charge rate is adjustable from 100 mah to 5000 mah.
Normally sells for 23 quid , almost new, no box but comes with instruction manual.
