This event will end the 2009 tour with a bang. We will be crowning our 2009 champion at this event. The roboteers have all worked extremely hard to keep the robots running, and it has been an amazing competition!

That will be SO difficult to get there :( . That's an insane number of miles to get there from Beenham! Never mind, we always could use a train from Reading Station. :idea:

I think Cylon and Pug are probably evenly matched, Hydra and Storm Force that's a different story!

If Hydra's drive system works, a pipe doesn't blow on the pneumatics, the flipper doesn't get stuck up, it doesn't have a hissy fit refusing to self right and it doesn't catch fire then we'll trounce you!! :lol:

Not been a good year for Hydra so far. Making it into the arena has been considered a major achievement this year.

12 robots in the final, right ? avoiding 3 way melee's, thats 13 fights to get a winner from them. Theres only about 8 -10 fights per show.

With at least 4 feather fights as well, will there be any room for HW whiteboards ?

Good point... with the reduction to one day for the final, it will be 3 way fights for the next round droping down to 1 v 1 for the rest of the comp.

Yeah he is Liam. He's just making sure its there for all to see, no match fixing or other funny stuff.

So the video will be filmed in a conference room with Roboteers deciding, is that right?

if a robot can't make it . . . Then we'll move the list down to 13 14 15 etc. . .

The draw will be random out of a hat.

it doesnt really matter if you are number 1 or number 12 they are all qualifying places. As long as you are 12 or better then who cares who is number 1 or 2 or 3 or 4. they all mean the same.

Its robots like Envy Ripper Beast and so on who are in the real battle for places.

In this time of hardship I think a lapdancing club is a bit extravagent.I suggest we meet in a pub with a few wives or girlfriends who might be willing to provide the entertainment, I of course have experience in this dept as the Swanny's Bar dancer, and am prepared to offer my services for the ladies. :shock: :shock:

just need to borrow one for a short time should be done at the event i'm getting one later in the year but i need to do a small job before then
