The result was inevitable - just look at whats in vogue in the music industry at the mo. She managed to land a £1m record deal - thats £750K spent on hairspray, £249,999.99 spent on clothes and just 1p on the songwriting and career development. Unfortunately for Mr Cowell sales will hit hard by the demise of Woolies so he probably wont see a full return on his investment.

Honestly I am not really that keen on these kind of shows. But I admit it was on TV as me and Liz wrapped presents and wrote christmas cards.

I am guessing this is not about vocal quality.

No offense intended but Eoghan (cant remember the little Irish guys name but I nicked it from above). He was not very good. That might just be because of the night but I felt his voice was not very good.

The best singers by far were JLS. Nothing much to say apart from that, v good singers.

Alexandra, sure she was good but I dont think as good as JLS and she completely messed up during one of her songs.

I am guessing that after so many years all of the good singers willing to enter this program are all dried up. Not only that but the clear better singers didnt even win this competition.
Might be a matter of taste but thats my opinion.
