Hi All. Was just wondering what the most compact feathers are, that are currently active. I know Satanix and Annihilation are quite small any others that are smaller than them that are still active? I cant think of any tonight.
Cheers

Small Torque was very compact, but I dunno if its still active
basher is very compact inside
mr happy is pretty small
my fw cluster bot double trouble is small, but then again thats only when its in 2 halfs lol.
Both Hannibalitos themselves are quite compact, but there is a larger armour shell surrounding it to create an airgap between robot and the outside.
LF3 is very compact as well.
There used to be a 4wd 4 speed 900 motor driven feather called Omega that was almost as small as Satanix.
I think that Tuff Luck 2 must be one of the most compact feathers at the moment,
Drumroll is very compact inside for the components it uses
There is a US feather from Team Whyachi. The whole chassis is just a machined ti billet and has 2 astroflights running 4 wheels , very fast but the name escapes me.
Ricochet
Gianto from RW Extreme 2 was 200mm by 200mm by 120mm, i havent entered it to a comp for years but it still works
Hunter is very compact inside, a BIG feather weight, but thats because were using very big things, motors, batteries, wheels (Well, sorta!)
I think that Mini Mighty Mouse and Tiny Toon/Batter Bot are compact inside aswell (From what i know of, anyway!)

Yeah it is a bit, although sometimes I wonder if Ive made it a bit too compact :uhoh:
I remember one of the Aussie roboteers saying on the Robowars forum that they wanted their robot to have as much power as possible in as small a space as possible and thats something that Ive adopted and worked to for a while now.
Just to make it more compact I now have two Speed 900s to fit in the robot in place of the smaller-diameter, shorter-length HTI motors - even more compactness boo yeah!! :proud:
4 4 Toon was very compact after Major Damage ran it over at Guildford..
da bomb is quite small...then again most of the parts are either in the mail or gaffa-taped onto the side:rofl:
Hehe, Mjour damage would make any Feather compact!
Im scared about going in the arens with him:sad:
Just do what Geoff does with Pillow Torque and hide under it..:)
Under what?
Im building a compact-ish robot. Its not going to be as small as most of these other compact robots i dont think. Its going to be one of the cheaper built bots. At the moment its just in my head. Im hoping for it to all come together on the friday night before and the saturday morning of the nottingham event.
Im going to that event, see ya there! (Just watching, not entering!)
Matt, by a strange twist of fate Pillow Torque is 100mm high and the front of Major Dammage is 99mm high, allowing for a little squash in the tyres and enough forward speed you can Park PT under it very neatly
(Problem is you cant get it out!!)
Lol!
I dont know how high Hunter is, but he is big!
Easy way, run away!
Just ram another bot into him!
yes mini mighty mouse found out about getting in the way !!! :)
my Hooligan bot is only 75mm high but i only have 100mm wheels left so this new compact-ish ones going to be 100mm high.
major damage cant keep up with beauty
Hunter is probably far to quick.
Majour Damage appraoches Hunter is a mile off!
Major Damage just wont be the same disco dancer as Sir Killalot was. :)
Thats for sure!
Needs a few dancing lessons from the master Sir K.
Few more lights could work, Jonno, bit of a real disco! Lol!
LOL, would be fun to see them together.,... maybe it would be a love match !! :)
Hehe!
Majour Damage, Sir K and Mr Psycho house robots in a Featherweight Fight, hehe!
That would be scary,
Anyone for this fight? Called Jonno, before the 2nd show started
The roboteers looked at what was going on, but no one signed up...
Theres a cash prize if you win! Jonno said again as he added it to the fight line-up, the roboteers looked again, gasped, and signed up.
Lol! (Im writing a book at the moment, not robots, something else!)
