Pick up prefered, can post at cost, but prefer not to unless you are willing to pay for recorded, or accept proof of postage on other methods the risk is yours. Duff Norton linear actuator, was used in Team Storm featherweight robot Force X, see http://www.teamstorm.comwww.teamstorm.com for info. This is a fantastic bit of kit, and Ill throw in the titanium axle in the pic. Serious offers please, these are £300 plus new.

Selection of pneumatic rams, from small spring retract to a giant 100mm x 800mm beast with 1/2 BSP inlets. Make an offer.

Mario ram, 100mm bore, full pressure, 1 BSP inlet for ball or soloniod valve. Mounted on inclined frame with integral flipper arm mount. Cost several hundred pounds, make a sensible offer. Never used

Mario buffer 2kg ali fir extinguisher buffertank for full pressure use, built in pressure relief valve, fed via treaded inlet on base, large outlet for ram. (3/4 BSP i think) Never used.

Hardox 650 featherweight disks. As used on team dragons robots, I have 3 of these, make me an offer if you want one, or more. Never used.

Hardox featherweight disks, originally made for Ewan, they look pretty cool, but never used. I have 2 of them, make me an offer.

1/2 BSP solonoid valves, 1 Alpha type, others MiMi? type. I have never used these but they could prob use a good clean before use. Make me sensible offers on single or more valves.

Pressure relief valve, dont know much else. It says 6000psi on the body but looks like its been adjusted, but easily tested. Make offer.

Scorpion XL, I have a single, never used unit, plus extra Fets to upgrade to XXL if you want them. £80 delivered. or £100 with extra fets.

Polypro lengths. 10mm thick, 100mm wide, 1200mm long. Black, make an offer, Ive a dozen or so lengths in total. Cut for a project but never used.

Just a quick reminder to anyone who contacted me to buy the above, and have not yet arranged payment/delivery.

Hardox 650? Are you sure? Do you mean Hardox 450, because that is the only steel I bring in to the UK that looks anything like the material you are offering. Where did you get that steel specification from, because I am sure that your answer will make a difference to the person that bought it, having assumed that it is 650 brinell hardness.

Hardox 650 in the Disks.
These were watercut for the Swedish roboteer Christian from an 8mm thick testplate he secured from SSAB. Unfortunatly, the watercutting firm misunderstood the order and had cut more disks than asked for.
The axehead of Obsidian is from that same plate.

SSAB didnt commercialise this grade, and the highest grade available is the 600.

I never succeeded drilling a hole in it, nor enlarging existing holes. The drills heat up and that was it.

Tensile strength: 2000 N/mm2
Hardness: 650 Brinell

I work for SSAB and Hardox is a trademark word. Hardox is also open to all the usual trademark abuse that you will find across the world. I was pretty laid back about the abuse of the word Hardox and the fighting robot fraternity until I came across some bloke who sold some Hardox 650 discs to one of your members. As Hardox650 is only used in South Africa and has a minimum thickness of 50mm this has to be rubbish.

I have just found 2 more Hardox 650 disks in the garage.
£50 a pop if anyone wants them (after the rare as rocking horse poo discussion above, I think they are worth a premium??)
In other words, Im keeping them, but would be daft not to take £50 if offered :)

Woody, I accept that my posts are a bit short and abrasive. I have just apologised on another thread too, I must have been having a bad day.
I work with engineers and production managers all day and my e-mails are generally to the point and short. As I stated in the other thread, this does not translate very well into a forum discussion. I have not been posting long and now I know that I need to tone it down in the future. I hope that nobody has taken offence to my posts.
My offer still stands, if anyone needs help with Hardox I am still available.

Posting on an open Forum can be a bit of a minefield .
Each person puts their own interpretation /spin upon reading each post and offence can be taken to a perceived ...though unintentional ...slight.

A little care in the wording can usually avoid this situation...prefacing or terminating postings with something like IMHO can soften a seemingly arrogant statement.
