Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Gasp of horror, yes I am doing another tournament, but an Extreme style one this time. This will be easier for me, and random gaps will be better than in a regular style tournament. This also means it isn€™t a fixed length and will go on for as long as I want it to, although knowing me it will take me till the end of 2008 to do just one event lol.
At the moment the events I am considering including are:
All Stars (selected by me based on performances in my tournaments)
Tag Team
Football
Assault Course
Mayhems and annihilators
80kg (series 1 and 2 style)
80kg (current style)
Challenge Belt
Real Robots Vs Vapour Bots
Battle Of The Weapons
Vengeance
World Championship
Clusterbot Carnage
Each event will have sign ups just before it, so don€™t give me stats or reserve places until I ask as it will be ignored.
Ok some rules, if the rules are different for a tournament, for example in both 80kg tournaments, I will say before hand.
Weight limits:
Wheeled Robots 100kg
Tracked Robots 115kg
Shuffle Robots 150kg
Walking Robots 200kg
Others will be considered if asked about
The Arena is the robot wars series 6 arena
Stats Layout:
You can explain your stats however you want really, as long as everything is covered, if it is not in the stats it won€™t be their in the fight. However some things which would be good to include are the following:
Weight
Shape
Ground Clearance
Dimensions
Speed
Movement type
Armour
Weaponry
Motor
Srimech
Anything more than that is of course welcome. If I see a problem in your stats I will inform you, if you choose to do nothing about it then that robot will be expelled from the tournament.
Please don€™t enter crap.
Clusterbots are allowed, however the maximum is 5 parts, and no part can make up less than 15% of the total weight. I will be using the 100% cluster rule, as I feel that is better. As this is the cast for non cluster robots, they have to be 100% immobilised to be counted out, so if the drive goes on one side you can carry on.
Passive weaponry is allowed.
Robots are allowed to have interchangeable weapons, but with no more than 6 different set ups, the same disc but on a different axis counts as one set up on each axis.
Other than that basic FRA rules apply, so basically that means no nitrogen powered weapons sorry.
Any questions on eligibility or anything else just ask me.

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Event 1
Clusterbot Carnage
I am looking for 8 people to enter 1 robot each
Extra Rules:
Robots must be clusterbots
Other than that tournament rules apply
Event 2
World Championship
As many people as want can enter up to 16. Anyone who is entering, is two enter two robots each and choose which country to represent.
Only two countries can represent one country
Both of your robots cannot represent the same country
UK counts as the countries that make it up so you can€™t enter as the countries that make it up.
At the moment that€™s it and other tournament rules

This looks awesome. Reserve me a spot in both, then.
The name will be given right now. Gives me time to work on a clusterbot. :proud:
Clusterbot Carnage
The Alexandra Sisters
World Championship
Wedginator 6.0 (representing Canada)
Tira III (representing Germany)
Is that okay?
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
That looks fine Kody, will confirm your positons in both once stats are posted as I am not going on a stats hunt lol.
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
This looks like its going to be good.
For Clusterbot Carnage, Ill be entering Breed, however Ill probably be updating the stats for it.
For The World Championships, Ill go for Psyclonised (representing the UK) and Rupture (representing Australia) - however I will also be tweaking the stats for these two.
Will provide you with the new stats ASAP. :)

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
I have a question for the World Championships. Do both robots have to represent the same country? Ive got ancestors all over the place so Id like to mix it up if possible:)
For the Cluster bot Carnage:
Door Stops
Shape: A two part cluster bot, each part is an invertible wedge. Kinda like a door stop:proud:. The backs are rounded to prevent being beached.
Speed: 15 MPH.
Dimensions(lwh): 40CM X 30 CM X 20 CM
Armour: 4 MM hardox for the front 20 CMs, 5 mm grade 5 Ti for the rear 20 CMs
GC: 0 at the front tip, raising to 1.5 CM at the rear.
Weapon: Static wedges at the front.
Drive: 2 large internal wheels towards the end of the robot, powered by LEM 130€™s at 36 volts, which if memory serves should provide 18 HP.
Srimech: Invertible.
Linking method: One part has a clip on the rear, the other has an €œeye€ The two pieces can fight as one when clipped together, and with some good driving, the two can reunite in the middle of battle. Admittedly this would take awesome skills, but admittedly I am awesome.
Strengths: Good front armour, designed for taking on spinners, it€™s a cluster €˜bot.
Weaknesses: Not so wonderful back armour, could wheelie due to high acceleration, it€™s a cluster €˜bot.

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Hooray! Im in!
Clusterbot Carnage
NAME- The Botles Reunited
IS A 4-WAY CLUSTERBOT!
SHAPE- all parts are boxes with hinged skirts at the sides and rear (John€™s are shaped slightly differently, so they don€™t interfere with the weaponry)
COLOUR- John €˜Geddon (B1) = yellow with pink skirts and weaponry
Paul McHurtney (B2) = blue with grey skirts and scoop
George Harassment (B3) = red with light grey skirts and weapon
Ringo Scarr (B4) = pink with gold skirts
WEIGHT- round about 25kg each
DIMENSIONS- about 60cm X 40cm X 22cm each
SPEED- 12mph
TURNING CIRCLE- 0
GROUND CLEARANCE- 6mm all over each (minus skirts), 0mm at sides and back each (with skirts) (John€™s are shaped a slightly different way, so when they flop over, they don€™t interfere with the axes)
ARMOUR- 2mm aluminium
WHEELS- inside robot, 4 wheel drive
POWER- 2 X S28-150s each
WEAPONS- For this incarnation, John has kept his front hinged wedge (giving him virtually 0mm at the front), but this time, he has a pair of Splinter-style side axes for grabbing and penetrating opponents...he€™s €œreally got a hold on me€Â
Paul has also kept very similar to his last incarnation. The front static scoop remains (giving virtually 0mm at the front), but also included is a pneumatic spike hidden in the bucket - partly for damaging underbellys and armour, partly for sending other bots €œflying€Â
George is probably the most drastically altered of the Fab 4. Only 2 of his front spikes remain from his last appearance. All the rest have been ditched to make way for a horizontal spinning blade with two hammerheads stuck on for good measure. Beware of €œMaxwell€™s silver hammer€Â
And last, but by no means least, there€™s Ringo! Unlike the others, Ringo is nearly completely the same as before. The main weapon remains the small front vertical drum. It€™s essentially a scaled-down version of Tornado€™s and travels at approximately 2000rpm. Our €œhard-nosed drum-er€ is definitely back
SRIMECH- all parts are invertible and the skirts prevent any member getting beached on his side
NOTES- fly Scotland flags, the colour scheme comes from the Beatle€™s outfits on the cover for Sgt Pepper€™s Lonely Hearts Club Band
STRENGTHS- multiple parts, each part is fast and quite manoeuvrable, much improved weaponry, tricky to get under, pretty good traction for lightweights
WEAKNESSES- weak armour, each segment is very light
http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/5399/thebotlesreunitedzi7.pnghttp://img155.imageshack.us/img155/5...eunitedzi7.png
World Championship
1. Wedge Devolution (United Kingdom)
SHAPE- low wedge with sloped rear
COLOUR- sleek and shiny silver
WEIGHT- about 100kg
DIMENSIONS- 90cm X 75cm X 30cm
SPEED- 16mph
TURNING CIRCLE- 0
GROUND CLEARANCE- 0mm at the front, 7mm for the rest of the robot. Fitted with Biohazard-style skirts on sides and rear, giving 0mm
ARMOUR- 4mm Hardox
WHEELS- inside robot, 4-wheel drive
POWER- 2 X LEM-130s; 2 x 12v 3amp NiCad packs, giving 36v @ 12amp
WEAPONS- As usual, the main weapon is a rear-hinged flipper. This is very similar to Chaos 2, except the blade at the bottom is bent ala Bigger Brother, allowing the flipper to have greater effect against bots with skirts or low centres of gravity. The flipper itself is powered by 2 X 80mm high pressure pneumatic rams, each running at 250psi. This should allow Wedge Devo to comfortably flip up to 1 tonne.
SRIMECH- The flipper can right the machine easily and the rear wedge should hopefully prevent a Chaos-style self-flip. Also, Wedge Devo is equipped with a grey semi-sphere on either side of robot to prevent it getting stuck on its side
NOTES- flashing red light on top of robot, flies Scotland flag
STRENGTHS- powerful flipper, fast, manoeuvrable, difficult to get underneath, tough armour, good traction
WEAKNESSES- could prove a bit tricky to control, limited CO2 (like all other flippers :P)
2. Killotine: EVO (France)
SHAPE- compact box-wedge ala Storm 2, rounded back
COLOUR- red
WEIGHT- about 100kg
DIMENSIONS- 100cm X 70cm X 35cm
SPEED- 16mph
TURNING CIRCLE- 0m
GROUND CLEARANCE- virtually 0mm at the front with spatula, 10mm at sides and back. Skirts at sides and back produce 0mm.
ARMOUR- 3.25mm Hardox
WHEELS- inside robot, 4WD
POWER- 2 X LEM-130s; 2 x 12v 3amp NiCad packs, giving 36v @ 12amp
WEAPONS- The main weapon is the large pneumatic axe, composed of 3.5mm hardox. It is very similar to that of Killerhurtz and operates with a rack-and-pinion system like Terrorhurtz. Running on 160psi, the axe runs off an 80mm X 20mm ram and stores its gas in a 2kg main bottle and 1kg buffertank. If anything goes wrong with the axe, Killotine can use its great pushing power to simply ram its opponents to death.
SRIMECH- The axe. Even if it€™s already been fired while flipped, the axe can right itself ala Killerhurtz. Also, just like the original Killotine, the machine has a rounded back and a red semi-sphere on either side of robot to stop it getting beached.
NOTES- flies the Scotland flag, thanks to Tom, Aaron & AJ for helping with the design
STRENGTHS- Fast, dangerous weapon, good amount of traction, difficult to get under, quick srimech, nice and fast
WEAKNESSES- so-so turning, limited gas supply

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
This is gonna be good!
Clusterbot Carnage:
Dos Diablos
Both robots are identical
Weight:50kg each
Shape:Like Chaos 2, but smaller
Ground Clearance:5mm at sides, 3mm at rear, flipper makes it effectively zero at front
Dimensions:90 x 70 x 20 ( l x w x h)
Speed:About 15mph
Movement Type:2 x go-kart wheels and 2 x casters at rear
Armour:3mm thick titanium
Weaponry:Co2 powered flipper, 750 psi powered by a single 75mm ram, 1 x 3kg bottle
Motor:2 x 12v wheelchair motors powered by 2 x NIcad battlepacks
Is this realistic? If not, please point out what is wrong
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Aint got any clusterbots...
But I will enter World Championships! :proud:
Name: Woodpecker
Weight: 100kg
Armour: 4mm Hardox.
Speed: 18mph - powered by 2 Sinclair C5 motors running at 24v.
Shape: Box wedge with sloped sides, a rounded back and scooped front.
Weapon 1: A cam-driven axe mechanism, powered by a 60v Briggs and Stratton 11kW motor. (Interchangeable).
Weapon 2: A flipping arm, powered by a 60v Briggs and Stratton 11kW motor. (Interchangeable).
Strengths: Fastest axe mechanism currently around (hypothetically of course, this is only a vapour after all€¦ :proud:)
Weaknesses: The weapon itself is not very destructive, but mainly shows dominance in terms of number of this it can do.
Ground Clearance: 0mm at the front due to a sharpened Titanium front and side skirts, 4mm at rear.
Srimech: Invertible, but the axe mechanism has enough power in it to right it back onto its wheels.
Notes: The axe-head is based on Dominator 2€™s, and has small Titanium spikes on each end to aid in self righting. The axe-head is made of Titanium, with a 5mm Hardox tip. The flipper arm is made entirely out of 10mm Aluminium. The robot has 4 wheels get up in a skid steer system and runs off 2 Sinclair C5 motors @ 24v. Each side is connected to each other by a heavy duty rubber belt, and the wheels are made entirely out of Vulcalore. The weapon systems run off a 60v Briggs and Stratton 11kW motor geared down 15:1. The motor is connected to a cam wheel which in turn moves the weapon up and down on its pivot. When running at 60v, the weapon can move just under 5 times a second. The emphasis is not on power, but in dominance and aggression.
Name: Spawn of Squish
Weight: 100kg
Armour: 7mm Hardox
Speed: 20mph
Shape: Horizontal Crusher shaped (i.e. like TAN)
Weapon 1: A very powerful hydraulic crusher, with 14 tonnes of pressure at the tip.
Strengths: Very powerful crusher and strong armour. Ability to dominate matches.
Weaknesses: Flippers!
Ground Clearance: 1cm all around.
Srimech: Invertible.
Notes: The robot is powered by 2 x LEM130 Lynch motors running at 36v, giving 20mph top speed and has 2 wheels made out of Titanium and Vanadium alloy with a thick coating of Vulcalon for extra grip. There are hundreds of small screws around the wheels, again for grip on the arena floor. The crushing arms are powered by an M-Mac M40 Hydraulic Actuator running at 12v, which can give 14 tonnes of pressure. The actuator has already been used in Robotic Combat, so this robot is realistic. For the weapon to function properly, the robot contains 4 x 12v NiCad batteries. The hydraulic ram is protected at the back by a 5mm Polycarbonate shield, which stops axes and crushers from directly damaging it (although a decent crusher will get through the Polycarb). The whole robot has hundreds of small weight reducing holes around it to get within the weight limit.
Woodpecker will represent Poland.
Spawn of Squish will represent Holland.

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Liam just a few things, other than height, the dimensions are way too big, look at Franks entrant Doorstops for an indictaion of how big it should be. It is also slightly underpowered drive wise but this is just opinion and it would work on the power you have.
I dont see anything else wrong at that quick glance but if anyone else does can they please say.
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Name: Weapon Synergy (5-WAY CLUSTERBOT!!! :proud::proud::proud:)
Weight: 100kg (Each part weighs 20kg)

Power: Each part is powered by 2 x S28-150 MagMotors running at 24v, giving each part 6HP of pushability.
Speed: Each part travels at 12mph.
Strengths: Ability to work as a group. Variable weaponry, albeit at a low level.
Weaknesses: Weak armoury and lightweight.
Part 1: Axe
Shape: Tornado Box
Weapon 1: Axe powered by lightweight pneumatics running at 1000psi. The axe is double-headed and has a spike at one end and a blunt mass at the other end.
Ground Clearance: 1cm all around.
Srimech: Axe self rights.
Part 2 : Flip
Shape: Wedge with sloped sides.
Weapon 1: Flipper powered by lightweight pneumatics running at 1000psi. Contains 2kg of liquid CO2.
Ground Clearance: 0mm at front. 1cm at sides and rear.
Srimech: Flipper.
Part 3: Disc
Shape: Wedge with sloped sides.
Weapon 1: Vertical spinning disc weighing 5kg on the back of the robot, powered by a S28-150 MagMotor running at 24v and geared down 4:1.
Ground Clearance: 0mm at front, 1cm sides and rear.
Srimech: Invertible.
Part 4 : Ram
Shape: Tornado Box
Weapon 1: Assorted ramming spikes at the front of the robot.
Ground Clearance: 1cm all around.
Srimech: Invertible.
Part 5: Claw
Shape: TAN shaped
Weapon 1: Pneumatic claws which grab the opponents. Running at 1000psi.
Ground Clearance: 4mm at front, 1cm at sides and rear.
Srimech: Invertible.

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
The Alexandra Sisters
Is a TWO-WAY clusterbot!
Part 1:
Name: Cassandra Alexandra
Shape: Low pyramid without a top.
Colour: Blue
Speed: 15mph
Weight: 45kg
Armour: 8mm HDPE, the stuff that doesnt break :)
Drive: 2 LEM130s @ 36v
Power: 6 NiCad Battlepacks @ 36v
Motivation: 4 CNC hubs with urethane rubber for grip.
Ground Clearance: 0mm at the front, 5mm round the sides and 10mm at the back.
Turning Circle: Zilch.
DImensions in CM (LxWxH): 60 x 50 x 20
Weaponry: A flipping arm hinged at the back of the top (will be explained easier in upcoming CAD). Its made out of titanium and is powered by a single 2kg CO2 tank at 750psi. This should theoretically give Cass enough to toss 250kg onto its back and send something of her own weight flying a long way across the arena. The arm is 20cm wide, for reference.
Srimech: Invertible.
Strengths: Fast, powerful, manoeuvrable, good weapon, hard to get under the front.
Notes: Is the slightly smaller of the two.
Part 2:
Name: Sophitia Alexandra
Shape: Scoop at the front, with long wedge at rear.
Colour: White
Speed: 12mph
Weight: 55kg
Armour: 7mm titanium
Drive: 2 S28-400 MagMotors @ 24v
Power: 4 NiCad Battlepacks
Motivation: 4 CNC hubs with urethane rubber for grip.
Ground Clearance: 0mm at front and rear, 6mm for the sides
Turning Circle: Zip
Dimensions in CM (LxWxH): 70 x 55 x 30
Weaponry: Like Cass, Soph has a flipping arm as well, but more powerful, and hinged midway down the rear wedge. Powered by 2 2kg CO2 tanks and 900psi, it can send a 400kg over onto its back, and a bot of equal size VERY far across the arena. The arm is 25cm wide and made of titanium as well.
Srimech: Flipper.
Strengths: Powerful, manoeuvrable, extremely powerful weapon for 55kg.
Notes: Is the slightly bigger of the two.
CAD up soon, I hope. If theres something wrong, let me know and I will change it double quick.

Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
My world championship entrants are:
The May Tracks Has You
Shape: Like Comengetorix. It has a wedge extender to give it 0 mm at the front.
Speed: 20 MPH.
Dimensions(lwh A): 85CM X 45 CM X 24 CM
Armour: 4.5 MM hardox.
GC: 0 mm at the front, 6 mm everywhere else, covered by skirts made of 3 mm Ti.
Weapon 1: Rear hinged flipper, powered by two pneumatic rams at 500 psi.
Weapon 2: Upward facing spikes on the wedge. A robot can go over them, but if it tries to reverse, say goodbye to your tyres. By wedging a robot then reversing suddenly, TMTHY can impale the tyres, then fire the flipper to do loads of damage. Even a robot with stuffed tyres will be limping after that.
Drive: Inner tracks, powered by Lem-130€™s at 24 volts.
Srimech: The flipper.
Strengths: Weapon synergy. Once The May Tracks Has You, there is no escape.
Weaknesses: Axe/flipper combos could take the tracks out.
Representing: In Soviet Russia, you has May Tracks!
Sakura
Shape: Shaped like a closed cherry blossom, sort of conical.
Speed: 12 MPH
Dimensions(dh): 90X30 - diameter taken from the widest part of the machine, it gets narrower as it goes up.
Colour: Let€™s just say it€™s a shade Bex would approve of:proud:
GC: 1 CM
Turning circle: 0
Weapon: Team Bored€™s first true FBS clocks in with a 50 KG FBS shell, spinning at 1500 RPM and powered by two LEM 130s on 36 volts, which should give a nice fast spin up time. There are four hardox teeth, painted and shaped to look like leaves. These are razor sharp to give a nice slice, and they€™re also barbed to catch and rip opponents. I can only estimate the power output due to the shape not being supported by the energy calculator. This clocks in between 90-100 KJs.
Weapon 2: Humiliation. Who wants to admit they just got beat up by a flower?:proud:
Armour: 8 mm hardox for the spinning shell, 5 mm Polypropylene for the base.
Drive: 4 wheel drive, powered by two S28-400 Magmotors on 24 volts.
Srimech: There€™s a hole at the very top of the cone, out of which a blunt self righting spike can come up. This is powered by low pressure pneumatics. Due to weight constraints, it can probably only self right about ten times.
Features: Near the top of the cone are holes. These aren€™t just for reducing weight, as each hole leads to a small aluminium box which is full of pink confetti. As the shell spins, this should be strewn out, allowing Sakura to fight in a cloud of cherry blossoms.
Representing: Japan. Duh:proud:

I want to enter my new bot:
Triplicate Bot
3 part clusterbot
All parts are the same.
Shape: Cube
Speed: 30mph
Dimensions: 5cm high by 20cm long by 20cm wide
Colour: Silver
Ground Clearence: 0.1mm ground clearence
Turning Circle: 0
Weapon: 1 Powerful axe on each side of each clusterbot making 12 axes in total.
Armour: 6mm titanium
Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors powered by 3x NiCad packs
Srimech: the axes, and a steel bar connected to a Mag Snapper on top of each clusterbot
Notes: One of my first bots. A very tough, yet fast, 3-part, and deadly clusterbot.
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Also have it in the World Champs representing the USA.
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Theres no way youll fit two Magmotors, three nicad packs and four axe mechanisms in a 20cmx20cmx5cm cube.
Just for the record, I have a little 3kg sumobot that I entered in the UK Robotic Games sumo which was 20cmx20cmx20cm roughly and I struggled to fit in two cordless drill motors and two small drill nicad packs into that size. Need to revise your dimensions mate
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Ah, flaming to do, how lovely...
3 part clusterbot
Okay.
All parts are the same.
Okay.
Shape: Cube
A cube is a shape that has its dimensions equal to each other. Your dimensions dont quite work out, so you might wanna change this. :proud:
Speed: 30mph
Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors powered by 3x NiCad packs
Impossible. You will never get that speed out of a 33.3kg (thats what Im assuming their weight is since you DIDNT SPECIFY ANY WEIGHT AT ALL) bot, and especially not with 2 S28s. Keep the Mags, add another NiCad Battlepack, and drop the speed to about 12 or 15 or something around there. Should be decent.
Dimensions: 5cm high by 20cm long by 20cm wide
Oh...god. Those dimensions are so unrealistic I cant believe you actually thought they were legit. First of all, S28-400 MagMotors are 7.5cm in diameter, which defeats your current height, so Id recommend a height of something over 10cm. As for length and width, Id drastically enlarge them. 55 and 55 each would do it.
Colour: Silver
Okay.
Ground Clearence: 0.1mm ground clearence
You will have the hardest time moving around. Even 2mm is pushing it. Go for 5mm or over.
Turning Circle: 0
Okay.
Weapon: 1 Powerful axe on each side of each clusterbot making 12 axes in total.
So many things wrong there. 4 axes on each bot will most certainly put them overweight. Go for one axe each. Whats powering the axes? Whats the axe head made of?
Armour: 6mm titanium
A bit too much. Go for 3 or 4mm.
Srimech: the axes, and a steel bar connected to a Mag Snapper on top of each clusterbot
You dont need the steel bar if you have an axe on top.
I would REALLY revise those stats, Mark.
-
Martyn’s RW Extreme 2008
Updates:
Dimensions: 10cm high, 55cm long, and 55cm wide.
Drive: 2x S28-400 Magmotors powered by 4x NiCad Battlepacks.
Armour: 4mm Titanium.
Ground Clearence: 5mm
Weapon: 1 Hammer on top of each bot. The hammer has spikes on it to prevent each part from turning over on its side.
Srimech: Hammer.
Weight: 100kg. Each part weighs 33.infinite 3kgs
Now is it accurate?

Brutalis 1.5
Weight- 100kg
Shape- Like Dantomkia, but much lower and heavier at the front and wider flipper (80 cm diameter 4mm hardox shovel on the front)
Dimensions- 80x80x25 cm
Power- 3 x NIcad battlepacks powering 2 x S28-400 magmotors running at 24v
Locomotion- 2 x go-kart wheels inside the robot
Ground Clearance- Effectivley zero all around due to the shovel at the front and skirts on the sides and rear, behind the skirts and shovel it is 6mm
Turning Circle- Zero
Top Speed- About 15mph
Armour- 4mm thick hardox all over, side skirts are 2mm thick hardox
Weaponry- Co2 powered flipper running at 750psi, 2 x 70mm rams powered by 2 x 3kg bottles, approx.20 flips per battle
Srimech- The flipper can easily right the bot quickly and easily

Yes. Robot Arena 2. A game that has fake motors and/or real motors with stretched weights/dimensions/power outputs.
Not approved.

Liam, I think in real life you would be seriously struggling to get Brutalis 1.5 within weight with the 2 3kg bottles and the double rams and Hardox all round. Even Mike Lambert with Dantomkia itself couldnt pull an all over hardox armour off. But I do like the specs as such.
System Shock as is is fine. Although I also disagree with the added weight for tracked robots, just as I disagree with the weight advantage for walkers.
Mark, Ive never heard of a Mag Snapper in any robot, and I fail to see how it would work unless its a small compressor of some sort. But then it would not supply enough flow to be effective.

Fine, let me revise that.
Weapon Motor: Beta Hammer Motor. The hammer motor from John Reids Beta.

Its still way too big.
Do some research on some lightweight pneumatics systems for your hammers please.

OK,revised Weaponry stats for Brutalis 1.5:
1 75mm ram with 1 x 3kg bottle
That better?

There are so many problems with so many of these vapourbots. Before entering a vapourbot into a tournament, first I suggest you get it evaluated and competition ready by using the How Could I Improve thread. Posting stats that have not been checked over have resulted in this thread becoming cluttered with advice and alterations. I€™m sure Martyn doesn€™t want this, especially considering sign-ups for the clusterbots have already been closed.

I hate to ask, but is there a list of how many places are left in what?
