Assembly summer 07 event - videos!

Note that here in Finland rules are a little different. In combat robot must collect 3 point in 3min long combat to win.

There is some typos but this forum does not allow me to edit my own post. : P Must be careful with writing.

Nice videos - I love the acrobatics on display when Purse self-rights :)

Are there any available close-up photos or links to build photos or specifications for the robot Deltaforce, as I will shortly be building a similar style featherweight and would be interested in seeing how they built their robot and, in particular, the mechanism for their crushing arm.

I think that in Assembly event will be about 4 or 6 featherweights.

i am very impressed with some of the robots you got there Otto. maybee some of the uk teams might be able to make one of your events.

If you can get a few machines to the assembly one il try and come along. Do you have a championship over there?

ye could do, would be nice if it was for a championship of some sort. If Venom goes i have no doubt Ploughbot and Basher would come to. maybe a couple more?

I very much doubt I could make it - getting to the ferry port alone is quite a distance and one I could not afford with the current price of petrol.

But depending on the date and what state Drumroll is in, I may see about getting someone who is going to take it across with them and enter it

EDIT: Just noticed the no spinners bit. Not worth it as much in that case :sad:

Nex Assembly summer is 2.8.2008 In this event spinners are banned. Flippers are ok if they can regulate pressure.

We have no CO2 botle only pressuret air. If there is coming alot flippers with co2 system I think that we can rent co2 botle. But I rather use air as it is free.

If you guys are really coming please info me soon. I ask our avent organizer to make event letter in english for you. Our event entry is in finnish language so you need some help to use it. (:

Remember that we play by finnish rules. 3 points system and some else little difference...

Remember that 150g, 450g and 6kg machines are also competing in Assemly Summer. Smaller bots compete at friday 1.8 and bigger at saturday 2.8. So if you have 150gram bots bring them also. :)

Its possible i may be coming ot this event still. I just have a show on the day before so need to see if i can make it. not certain yet. If you could email me the details though that would be great please.
