anyone see tim and mearel on top gear?
i thought it was, but never mind that did anyone see the bugatti mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I would do ANYTHING to have that car
i first saw that car about a year ago in T3 mag and have waited patently since for it to be on top gear. what a car. that marcos wasnt too bad either until they showed the interior, brown yuk
that marcos is just a TVR is think its the same shape and everything
mmmmmmmmmmm BUGATI mmmmmmmmmmmm (drool,drool)
Marcos cars were that sort of shape back when TVRs were still slab-sided...
Yes it was them, Tim and Meral kindly lent their new Bugatti to Top Gear for the episode :)

;)
God, I want a Bugatti after watching that!!! :) Just a shame Im unable to afford a car price tagged at £830,000
Well I thought that was a good start to a new series, loved the Koenigsegg but what a disappointing lap time look forward to seeing it with a wing fitted and the Stigs crash wasnt as bad as I was expecting. The car wash on fire lol!
Did you notice the fruit on top of the Renault to attract the monkeys why didnt that put a slab of meat on top of it in the loin penn that would have got their attention lol...! or Top Gear dog.. what a pointless addition.
Last thing im not sure about the new rules of the star in a reasonably priced car, with the final lap being the timed one... anyone else with me?
Chris - ^_^
(side note : Whats that track called that they played with the reload, heard it ages ago and cannot remember it.)
It was a good episode. The good thing is they still dont take themselves too seriously. Thats what the dog is for :)
It was fantastic, a car wash on fire  . Cant wait to see what they do this sunday
If you missed yesterdays show:
Either watch tonight repeat or
if you have broadband:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/topgear/http://www.bbc.co.uk/topgear/
and click on where it says watch this weeks episode :)
I still find it very strange that Koeningsegg doesnt fit a rear wing as standard. They should realize by now with two models wagging there behinds like that that they need downforce there.
Watch this weeks last episode, as in a review of the series in the Top Gear mag, a few months ago there was mention of launching a Reliant Robin.
Aparently it is made to look like a Space Shuttle and is fired by rockets verticaly upwards!!!!:proud:
If its not on this episode it must be for a special later in the year.
RE my last post. Seems this will be in the new series that starts soon.
New series starts october 8th.

Quote from todays Sun.
Top Gear host Richard Hammonds 300mph crash will NOT spell the end of the show. BBC crews resume filming of the next series today.
Well if it is in the Sun it must be true. :)
I dont watch the programme - in fact I cant stand it - but why shouldnt they resume filming? His crash was horrendous and he is very lucky to be alive and even more lucky to be in such good shape - it just proves the attempt he was making on the record was serious and not just a tv stunt by virtue of the fact that the contruction of the car probably saved his life - but to end the programme whether he died or not wouldnt be a fitting testament to someone who obviously loves what he does.
good show
I saw jeremy clarkson live.. is that a good thing?

So whats everyones best bit of the new series?
I think mine had to be the bugatti vs zonda around the track. Pure engineering elegance in motion :)
mine was the bus race, if you didnt know one of the touring car drivers was john reids brother
