The only time I watched wrestling week on week is when Hulk Hogan had a duel going with this white haired guy....it ended when this white haired guy was injured and was taken away in an ambulance

Plus another wrestler who used to fire a gun filled with glitter at the Audience before every bout.....very hazy now though! :proud:

Still, Robots wrestling is what I prefer these days! :wink: (Yes, you CAN hear a straining sound....its me struggling to wrestle this thread back on topic....no pun intended/pun intended depending on how well it goes down! :proud: )

Cant wait for this weeks heat.....favorite robot and new clusterbot, plus this Ripper flipper thing....could it be the best yet?

Oh god yeah I remember him too - that glitter bloke. Thats so camp when you think about it isnt it.

The white haired guy was probably Ric Flair - and they probably took him away in an ambulance to the rest home for him to live out his final years.

What was funny though is that they always made out that Hulk Hogan was in his mid thirties, and Ric The Old Man Flair was slightly older. Most of the wrestlers were easily into their fifties I reckon, and some (Earthquake, Typhoon) were so massively obese that their winning moves were (literally) sitting on people.

Anyways. Back to robots. Hulk Hogan versus Gravity or WBC. That Id like to see.

I must say I really enjoyed tonights (afternoons) show.

Ripper really made good viewing just what the production crew want really ..even at the expense of damage to the house bots. I wouldnt have had the bottle to go and fight them, so good on ya Jonno and crew!!

And well done Firestorm ...as always..well deserved ..and congrats to Graham and Hazel on their engagement.
