2015 is looking bright for Ranglebox!
I am on the verge of striking a deal with Botbitz, whereby Ranglebox becomes an official UK and EU stockist of Botbitz products.
To make sure I have stock of the items you want, could those expecting to make an order either PM me or post here with your predicted purchases. Should the deal be struck UK stock could be available as soon as a month from now.

I'll be ordering 2 or 3 10a botbitz.
BaneBot wheels would be popular I think.
I think wheels to fit drill motors and 1000rpm gear motors would be popular. As would drill motor mounts and all the other bits and pieces.
UK Botbitz stock confirmed! 10a and 85a Botbitz ESCs will be available through Ranglebox before long! 30a models will become available as backlog clears at the Australian end.
As for stocking other items, watch this space. Several products are in the pipeline for this year, all of which are likely to interest the community.

Hi all, just a quick note to say I am now out of Botbitz ESC stock. Rough ETA for the next batch is 2-3 weeks from now, which will include 30a ESCs as well as 10s and 85s. Please message me if you are likely to place an order for ESCs when they're back in house.

I am pleased to announce that Ranglebox will soon be offering a featherweight-scale gearbox, the Ranglebox Saturn-16, as well as 18v RS-550 and RS-775 style motors.
This line of products is currently in production and has an estimated release date of late June/early July. The Saturn-16 gearboxes are monsters, designed to handle high power motors despite being extremely compact, and the Ranglebox motors are wound specifically with robotics in mind.
Details like dimensions and materials, as well as some images, are on the Ranglebox homepage.

Gearbox news: As is clear, there is a delay in getting the Saturn-16 gearbox and accompanying 18v-550 and 18v-775 motors on the shelf. This is because of a manufacturing imperfection that, in an effort to maintain absolute quality, is being fixed rather than ignored. They will be available very soon!

Botbitz are out of 30a ESCs at their end so I can't get more in until they're available again. Will be doing so ASAP, of course.

They're here! The Saturn-16 gearbox and plug-and-play 18v 775 motor are now available for purchase. I will have surrounding items such as shims to raise the gearbox when using the big motor, shaft mounts for wheels/other and spare parts available, in time. Stay tuned!

New item in the shop!
The 25mm 1000rpm gear-motors everyone uses in beetleweights are now available through Ranglebox. No more risky Ebay-China buys. These stall at 5a (12v) and have a no-load speed of 1150rpm; they are the real deal.
Thread locking compound is already on the screws and the screws themselves have been upgraded. The result is a reliable UK source of "the good type", ready to drop into a robot and often delivered next-day, for typically only £2 more than the Ebay suppliers.

How's the gearbox model coming along?
I just need to simplify it a little; it's currently fully detailed with gears, sticker and all. I'll upload a .step and one or two others ASAP. :)

The 25mm 1000rpm motors are ready to go! Also renewed Botbitz stock as far as possible: they're currently out of 10a so I only have 3 of those at the moment.
Botbitz have had to make some price rises to compensate for the state of the Australian dollar. By extension I have had to add £2 to the cost of TZ85s and will need to add a little to the others in the next stock run. Nothing can be done about it unfortunately, just the current state of the AUD.
More stock of the Saturn-16 will also be available soon.

Some may have noticed the apparent lack of Botbitz ESC stock lately. I have been ordering in and then sending out ESCs to those who have reserved them, and because of the slowed availability at the Australian end, it has been a game of catch-up for a month or two.
If you needs ESCs, particularly 85a versions, please send an email to ellis@ranglebox.co.uk so I can make sure I get what you need on the next run.
Also, 25mm 1000RPM motors are now out of stock for about two weeks - more are on the way.
2016 is going to be a big year for Ranglebox and for our hobby in general. Exciting stuff soon!
