awesome, how much does it weigh? why did you take the bike tyres off of the wheels though?
weight is now 6.5kg on my scales. i took the bike tire off for two reasons:
1. the wheels would be too big other wise
2. im going to use it on some 100mm blue wheels
wanna keep it 6.5kgs and make or clusterbot with me? or are you gonna shove on a weapon?
oh by the way have you ordered your robochallenge wheels yet? if not can you add 2 robochallenge 75mm wheels with nut insert to your order for me and i can give you cash tomorrow :)

also, how much roughtly im cm square hdpe have you used?
A few tips..
1 use deans connectors instead of tamiya connectors as they have a higher ampage rating.
2. use a better speed controller eg Electronize/sabertooth (btw what is the rating of ur esc)
3 I like ur idea of having clusterbots
