does anybody know what the output frequency is for an IBC?

I assume you mean the PWM freq. I thinks its 5kHz. It is certianly low enough to here it.

if im not mistaken that would be the motors vibrating at the frequency..

The noise helps me trim my transmitter - no noise, centre trims! Its a feature. :)
