Right, rant time!
Why is it that dealing with BT support is like having your wisdom teeth pulled?
First there is no reaction, then just hurt and pain, than finally there is some result.
In BTs case a result that could have been had in 5 minutes if they had only listened in the first place and me not having to shell out 250 pounds more to book a later flight out of Manchester.
Well at least that stupid voip thing works now.

Dont get me started abot BT Support. They just read off scripts and just dont know what there talking about until they get a team leader to sort the problem out. Let alone getting the bills wrong and adding £170 extra chargers then after 55 minutes going round the whole damn office and different counties speaking to dence people, they then come to the conclusion it was a computer error and there very sorry. Then the month after do the same thing again!!!!! Some people Grrrr.
And not Yay i finished Uni - wanna stay another year.

BT support phoned me five time and took me through the power down process five times before accepting it was actually a line fault (Like I dont know how to turn my router on and off!).
It got me that after every power down they said and now youve got a green light on your router and when I said no they argued with me.
Poor sod who phoned for the fifth time seemed a bit surprised.
