Spin up, use the rear wedge to push it around, then tear the crap out of it. Avoid the front like the plague and go only for the sides and back!

So much for my plan to team-up with Hypertension :lame: Still, good battles Lewis - reserve me a spot in Mechanical Maelstrom 3 please :proud:, and I look forward to reading the Round 2 battles - one of which Im in :proud:
Back to Rock III vs. The Zodiac
If Back To Rock CAN get underneath The Zodiac, Martijn may stand quite a good chance. But if he cant, I predict for the 149kj spinner of The Zodiac to rip through Back To Rocks armour and rip into the next round.
Gabriel IV: Enjoy the Violence (2) vs. Neo-Mecha
Neo-Mecha did well to get throughRound One, but here, he gets no further, as the seed will pit him.
Dantu vs. Eternia
I think that these two have fought before (or it may be Dante Im thinking, not Dantu. Still, the 25mm HPDE to withstand the disc and flip the spinner OOTA.
Hypertension MK3 vs. Visioned
Visioned has a massive amount of pushing power, and the claws to grab, but Hypertension has the 2000kg worth of flipping force AND has the armour to stand up to the claws AND has the shape to make it hard for Visioned to grab. In short, Hypertension FTW :)
Dendroaspis vs. Traffic Warden
Richards lifting weapons MAY be useful in this fight, as due to the size of Traffic Warden, it can be lifted, and maybe even stacked quite easily against a wall. Yet again, the power advantage and M.O of Traffic Warden could go quite helpfully in Stevens favour. Ill go for Traffic Warden.
Hot Sauce vs. Holepunch 2.0
Well, Hot Sauce is much more agile and powerful than its opposition, so Il say a quick victory for Chezza, provided he stays away from that deadly beak.
Autoism 3.0 vs. Wedga Triton
Having a look at Wedga Tritons performance in Round One, I know it wont be easy, but I think I stand a chance.
If he fits the side skirts, go after the front/back, because I have an advantage based on Big Nipper in reality - Big Nipper, because it has the rasing/lowering claws, it can push its claws into the ground, so low it can grind up saw dust from the arena floor. This is what I shall do for a head-on hit as itll make me low enough to get underneath that front extension. Once under, lift him up then ram him straight into the walls (this should help wedge him against the walls).
This will make it easier for me in my attacking, as hell either self-right back onto me, and that way I can lift him again and do something like pit him, or hell self-right and expose his rams, then Ill put the claws in and try and crush the ram/gas bottle, reverting him to just a simple rammer, then I can just lift him over and leave him there as hes not invertible, but I am and I dont have to reverse the controls once flipped.
Open the pit if I have to (reverse into it so he cant get under the rear and OOTA me), and if I can get a shot at the rear, ram in and HOLD him and lift, like I did with Nidhogg then pit him. I should be more controllable, as hes 18hmph and Im 15mph, so I should also have better acceleration and better torque as well.
*By the way, Im sorry about the complexity of the tactics Ive given, but theyre things that just had to be said *
Sheer Heart Attack 2 (1) vs. Supreme
I HOPE it is Sheer Heart Attack, who may just keep hitting that annoying axe robot until it wins the JD. But I think that Supreme is going to shock us and immobilise the champion before then.
Good luck everyone, AJ mostly  and good luck Lewis with writing the battles.

How does one grind up sawdust on a steel floor :proud:}
In the UK, the arena floors are made of wood, and Big Nipper sometimes grinds up sawdust when it moves forwards because it can set its claws so low.
The point is if I do this I can get under Wedga - thats the bottom line :proud:
No, it grinds the floor, not sawdust. Sawdust is already ground up.
But whatever. :proud:
Against Traffic Warden, Dendroaspis will naturally aim for the sides, try to lift him (high ground clearance should work in my favour) and shove him around. As well as that, Ill try a little spinning to cause damage - it should be harder to clamp me that way. But if he does clamp me, Ill try activating the lower arm, and see if I can turn the tables and lift him off the ground!
Back to Rock III vs. The Zodiac
Lift and pit ASAP, I like that this is a non-invertible FBS, cause a flipped over FBS NEVER just comes down on its back, instead its blade hits the floor and it spins around like a mad... thing, essentially meaning I can turn its weapon against him muhahaha
but apart from the turning the weapon against him part... I mainly wish to pit him before he knows what hit him, good luck Kody
Sheer Heart Attack 2 (1) vs. Supreme
Sheer Heart Attack is a biatch to hit for an axe. If I head for his front, he cant use his axe on me since the head will hit the empty space behind the drum, muhahaha, my main tactic therefor is to inflict as much damage as possible to its front, the sides are cool too, avoid the disc, good luck Dan
looking good Lewis :)
Cool, a victory for Holepunch. :) Holepunch 2.0 will basically do the same with Hot sauce as it did with Tira V before, Wait for the right time, clamp down, crumpling the armour and go for the pit release.
