Ah, okay. Sorry about that.
Tactics: smash stuff around the arena. :proud: If the other two are having a hard time, push T/V/W around with the sloped rear, or possibly attack using the disc. :proud:
Tim doesnt think at all :proud:

Addition...
+2>W+2>OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOff6000>T!!!!!!!!!!!
At last, Ive beaten SGO, after a 4-0 losing run against that dratted axe-machine, Ive finally beated him, booed or not! :proud:

Uh, yeah, thats what I meant, silly. :P

And with a top speed of 3mph, with 4 wheels driven by the one motor, it can be outrun by a snail.
Plus I still have no idea what those 2 remaining magmotors are for (afterall, he says he has 8 magmotors but 6 are for the weapon, nothing about the remaining 2).
(And before anybody says, yes, I know Tims robot would be overweight even on the Moon, but meh)

Would people kill me if I introduce a house robot for the next fight (and next fight only)?
The 5th fight:
Tira 4 & Knyfe & Fling vs. Trojan-Virus-Worm & Fairground Killride
It€™s the fight I have been looking forward to writing the most, owing to the strangeness of Fairground Killride, sadly Woody had to redraw with drive problems.
The first robot into the arena today is Tira 4, Kody€™s evil vertical spinning death machine, it€™s a cut-off weight and the weapon is a 22kg spinning flywheel, powered by not 1 but 2 Lem 130€™s working together to power the flywheel via direct drive, no chains or belts here, just gears. Tira has a self-righter, and is moved by 4 wheels. The armour on the sides and rear is a bit weak compared to other machines, but with the disc at the front and a well balanced chassis, it should be hard to get around the sides to attack.
The 2nd robot into the arena today is Knyfe, already with one narrow victory under it€™s belt, the damaged drive has been repaired, and the weapon today is a solid passive wedge at the front, designed to get underneath other robots so Knyfe can use some of the potential power.
The 3rd robot into the arena today is Fling, created by Danny S, this wedged machine has a torsion flipper, so it€™s very powerful, but takes time between reloads, the speed from the 2 rear wheels is between 15 and 20 mph. Fling has no skirts to protect it from flippers, but hopefully it won€™t need the skirts because the weapon has the potential to throw other robots far.
The 4th robot into the arena today is Trojan-virus-worm; TVW for short, this entry from Mark has no driver and is instead driven by a masked man. TVW has a powerful axe on top of a box with wedges on all 4 sides, mixed with skirts, however the armour could be better and the skirts don€™t look very secure to attacks.
The 5th and final robot into the arena today had to enter via the old house-robot entrance, weighing in the region of 500kg, and only allowed into the arena because of it€™s compete and utter stupidest, Fairground Killride is a hard robot to try and explain, with a weapon unusual. It€™s slow at 3 mph and doesn€™t have a self-righter, but it€™s armour should be enough to hold all spinners back from attacking it. However the drive system has 4 wheels powered by a singular Etek motor in a car-style drive system. The weapon has 6 motors powering it, and is designed to slam into other robots with some force enough to send them flying out the other side.
And introducing for this fight and this fight only, it€™s Chaos Choir, a portable arena hazard as described by some people; this house robot weighs around 900Kg, whose main weapon is a 200kg spinning rim, the top and bottom are made from electro-matter so that it€™s impossible to damage unless attacked by more electro-matter. Chaos Choir only moves at 2 mph, as the weapon kinda sucks up most of the power, having a couple custom motors designed to cope with the rapid blasts of power from the capacitor banks, to spin up the 200kg lump to speed rather quickly, and using the theory of spin fast, release power and allow the momentum to continue spinning until it reaches a lower speed, when another blast can be used to top up the speed. A request from the judges says do not flip Chaos Choir out of the arena due to the danger of the voltage stored in its banks. The only problem from Chaos Choir is that the spinning rim acts like a wind shield, forcing robots away before they come close to the rim and throwing around junk.
The arena is locked; the danger light is on Chaos Choir, a name I just made up, as the countdown starts:
3
2
1
Activate
And all 5 robots are away, Fairground Killride has started the slow process of spinning the motors at low gearing to bring the weapon up, as Fling lowers its flipper, as Tira 4 gets her spinning disc up-to speed, as all 3 robots focus their attacks onto TVW. Mark is trying to get away, but it€™s 3 on 1, there isn€™t much he can do apart from firing the axe widely, as Tira slams into TVW, tossing it over like it was paper, Kynfe rams into TVW and rams it towards the house robot, looking to cause some serious damage to TVW. Meanwhile Fairground Killride has loaded its weapon up, as some smoke is seen from the motors to raise the weapon, but thankfully the spare 2 motors power a fan system cooling the other motors, as Tim looks for something to attack.
Kynfe is close to CC now, with TVW on its front wedge, as TVW is sent flying away, followed by Kynfe, spinning widely out of control, as the wind shield kicks in, Tira 4 slams into TVW again, smashing it up some more, as Fling gets underneath and flips TVW with great aim towards CC, and meanwhile Fairground Killride is at the other side of the arena, trying to get into the action, but it€™s strange steering system means it€™s hard to control. TVW manages to get though the wind shield, as the spinning rim of CC touches TVW and a few seconds later, pieces of robot are flown out at all directions, leaving a corpse of TVW to one side. Knyfe comes into TVW and rams it towards Fling who puts it out of the arena, smashing up the 140 points target.
Meanwhile on the other side of the arena Tira has moved in towards Fairground, Kody keeping out of the firing range of that weapon slams into the side, ripping off the skirts, but not damaging the rock hard side, a job for CC to break the nut open, as Fling comes within range, Tim presses the button to fire the weapon as Fling exits the target range, Tira redraws as the weapon swings all the motors kicking in, getting ready to slam into thin space as the swinging arm goes up the other side as a loud banging noise is heard as Fairground Killride weapon breaks free, pulling Fairground Killride onto it€™ front with the force, as the weapon of Fairground Killride punches a hole in the roof of the arena as it continues it€™s upwards path as it enters into orbit and enters into the ring of space junk circling the earth.
At the same time, Knyfe is pushing Fairground Killride towards CC, as the house robot controller has put some extra power into the spinning rim, but a good 10 metres away from CC, Fairground and Knyfe is caught by the wind shield, as pieces of TVW slam into the side of Knyfe with some force, tearing open the side armour. Fling rams underneath Fairground Killride and fires the flipper sending the massively overweight machine into the massively unrealistic house robot, as Kira 4 and Knyfe run across the other side of the arena as Fling is flown sideways as it enters into the wind zone, as Fairground Killride comes down, slamming into CC.
A loud bang is heard from outside the arena, like an explosion as Fairground Killride meets with it€™s maker, pieces of robot are flown everywhere, as some more targets are hit, as pieces of Fairground Killride slam into the other 3 robots, causing them to spin out and causing some damage, as the largest part of Fairground Killride is found to be embedded into the arena wall.
Cease
CC moves slowly towards it€™s discharge point, the spinning rim slowly spinning down, as Tira 4 and Knyfe and Fling, each with some minor damage to the side body work wait, 10 minutes later the light has gone out on CC, but the rim is still spinning, a bit slowly, but still dangerous, the designers of the house robot are thinking how to improve the slow-down so that it actually slows down quicker, as Remy, the ref drives into the spinning rim, stopping it spinning, but taking some damage to the front.
TVW and Fairground Killride exit the arena in body-bags, as a clean-up operation is started to remove all the pieces which are embedded in the walls, but nobody is around to collect the parts, so they are dumped into the bin. Knyfe, Tira 4 and Fling win the most one-sided battle involving the most idiotic house robot destruction for a while.
The next battle is Slammer vs. The 6isc, without the house robot, as it goes off to be improved and spinning rim slowed down, as the arena is out of action for a couple days as repairs are made to where CC was spinning, as a moat has formed.
And yes before people moan, I kind of ignored the tactics, and dont make any passing remarks at CC, it will be changed before TFA
LMAO :proud::proud::proud:
I have no idea if I should include that battle in Tiras record. :proud:
That wasnt really a battle, it was just destruction porn. :proud:
