Ceri I believe the Trims on your radio are not set to the centre. Get out the book for you skysport 6EXA and find out how to adjust them to the centre. IIRC its the little sliders at the side of the sticks.

Ceri,
What you have there is a TX that is slightly out of trim reletive to the IBC, not to the TX its self! its not uncommon to have to adjust the trims to get a perfect dead band. In fact with Vantec controllers I have never had one that didnt need a little trim adjustment.
As for the noise, you are right, its the switching frequency making the laminations in the motor armature sing..Vantecs do it too (but louder!) You cant do anything about it but its totaly harmless to the motors so dont worry.(I quite like it!)
You can always tell if someone has a Vantec in their Robot. LOL!

How the hell did I managed to forget the trims? Thats a night testing for you.
After replacing the battery, changing the servo lead from Aux to Right and adjusting the trims, I was able to conclude that my IBC is fully working. Thanx.
Does anyone know what value the resistors to the left of the MOSFETS are? Ive broken one off and need to replace it. They are the small black surface mounted ones with 151 written on.
Cheers Ed
