8kg of weight expected when finished
armour and chasis 6mm polycarb + hoova old hoova!
Cost around 20 pounds to build.

Yes i know its rubish and I expect it to last no more then one competition. Most of the components are solid and hopefully it will break into peices and I can put it into a nice part steel part polycarb chassie.
But till then long live hoova!!!

yeh kenny most of the frame will be that size you mentione, but im using some large pieces for certain areas. ill weigh it today and post the results

ive weighed it and its come to 2.24kg, the the base being 5.6kg thats 7.84kg+armour mixture of HDPE and Ali

My whole chassis was going to be 20X20X1.5 box but might have to change it if its over weight.
