Re: Teething issues
It's charging and the mAH is going up but the voltage has gone done very very slightly?! It's a 24v nimh pack and it was at 28.43v but has dropped to 28.40v whilst charging.
Little update: its stopped charging again at 28.41v and won't go any further. It reach a peak of less than 1.5ah

Re: Teething issues
If one of the cells in the pack is fairly hot when all the others are cold, is that single cell upsetting the whole pack?

Re: Teething issues
It's now working perfectly!? God knows what happened, maybe it was having an off day

Re: Teething issues
Sorry to bother you all again but I want to double check. The pack was fully charged last night. Came home from work today and the motors were running very very slowly. The voltage was in the low 24v's. I'm guessing the battery is screwed then? It doesn't seem to want to hold the charge

Re: Teething issues
I have had the same problem with my Rc car batteries, its probably a dodgy cell, so I would take out that cell, or teparelily isolate it from the pack, and see if it charges any better?? It worked for my batteries... But because of the missing cell it has a lower voltage, so if you want the voltage to be the same as the original, then you will have to buy another cell (of the same type as the others) and replace it completely...
