Using my psycic-ness i will try and contact someone in Dryad woods, if i cant i will make my way to the guardian h.q

Ill shout into the woods for whoevers in there to come out, whatever they are, and Ill focus on how angry I am for making me like this, Ill think of Hewlitt and cards.

See if we can all cover each others backs. Might make us less scared and overcome fear. I get the feeling this arua is Shockwave, so Edge might be around. Thats also something we should be on guard for, surprise attacks are nasty. Just move slowy and cacously together and hopefully there wont be much to be afraid of.

Im gonna try not to drop anything on the flowers, though dropping something near the flowers might get the wee mad guys attention! Then we could chat and stuff. I think we should be on high alert, just in case there are some nasty people there. I would kinda like to climb a tree to see if we can find a house or something anywhere, but that might get me lynched, so Im not sure. Any sign of trouble, hide! Then go all Batman and shizzle, mofo!

Aces

Blur decides to leave for the central bank, but on his way out, he sees Psy concentrating and asks what she€™s doing. Psy replies that she wants to warn the others about the Dryad. Blur then replies that that€™s the reason the police kitted them out with standard police equipment, such as radios. Psy looks at her radio for a while, turns to Blur and tells him to shut up. Blur protests that he didn€™t say anything, but Psy answers that she can hear what he didn€™t say.

Dryad Woods

The four have decided on a strategic retreat to the edges of the forest where they can think more clearly. Mephistopheles gets a plan almost immediately, and sets his thoughts on cards and a certain wheelchair bound Gifted to get his anger up, then heads off into the woods. Funky Junkie is about to start threatening the flowers a little when his radio buzzes. It€™s Psy, and she tells him all about the Dryad. With this new information, Funky Junkie decides to leave the flowers alone. Stomper and Marathon elect to stay with Funky Junkie as there is safety in numbers.

Southside central bank

Blur enters the bank, and shows his I. D card to the security people. They tell you that about from the manager, all the staff who were present during the robbery have been given a weeks paid leave so they€™re not around to interview. They do, however, give him the CCTV tapes of the time in question which they had been planning to give to the police.

For initiative, public opinion up by 3 points.

Deep in Dryad woods

Mephistopheles€™ plan is working. Instead of fear, he€™s growing more and more furious with each step he takes into the woods. He shouts for whoever€™s there to come out, but either they don€™t hear him or they don€™t want to come out. His radio buzzes, but he angrily turns it off and continues inwards. As the shouting makes his throat hoarse, he gets steadily more frustrated, and gets the urge to start burning things if whoever€™s there won€™t come out. As he progresses inwards, the urges become harder and harder to ignore.

Right, back to IQ to watch the tape

Well Ill find a cold pond and lie down in it, that should prevent me getting to destroy anything. Ill lie in there getting bored enough so that I wont do anythign stupid. That gives me a blank slate of emotion to work over.

OK, looks like this is as much in the way of plannage as Im going to get. Update next post.

Deep in Dryad Wood

Mephistopheles is finding it hard to think clearly through his rage. His survival instincts kick in though, and when he sees a shallow pool of water, he dunks his head into it, trying to clear his mind, then actually laying down in it, hoping the cool water will prevent his anger from boiling over. It doesn€™t work, as now he€™s wet and still furious.

Guardian H.Q

Blur arrives back at Guardian H.Q, and watches the CCTV footage. Everything seems pretty basic. Edge and Shockwave go in, Shockwave hits the security guards with his knockout blasts, and Edge holds someone hostage, threatening to hurt them if the cashiers don€™t fill up their bags with money. Shockwave then throws them the bags in question, the cashiers fill them up, and the two run from the bank. He then looks at the tape showing footage from outside the bank. The two defeat Stomper easily enough, but then Shockwave turns back to the bank and looks like he€™s giving some sort of signal. Due to the angle it€™s hard to be sure, he might just be flipping someone off. But soon after that the two literally vanish into the air.

hmm...plan b, Ill light up one of y cigars to calm myself down, because Mephistopheles enjoys them so much hell be calmed and happy because of it, because he uses them for stress relief.

Dryad Woods

The (for want of a better phrase) hard work has taken its toll on Marathon, Stomper and Funky Junkie, and they fall asleep in the woods. Psy just leaves them there and takes the van back to Guardian H.Q.

Police station

Blur takes the CCTV footage to the police station, and shows the part where Shockwave looks either to be giving a signal or flipping someone off. Soon after, the two vanish.
€œThis is a development,€ Lambert muses. €œFrom what I can gather, no Gifted with more than one power has been found. Either one of these guys is an exception€¦ Or there were three robbers.€
He motions to O€™Hara and another D.S.
€œScott, Linda, I want you two to get contact information for everyone who was inside that bank at the time of the robbery. Deliver the information to Guardian H.Q when you€™re through.€

Mephistopheles pulls out his trademark cigars and tries to light one. It€™s no good though, as the pack has become soggy from when he was laying in the pond. His fury reaches new heights, and the pond is boiled dry.

Ill go to the Guardian HQ and do some training whilst waiting for some news.

Wake everyone up, and try to find Metaphisophiloprodist! And surely he could dry the packet off with relative ease? :P

May I suggest you all try to be really worried about me...

Anyways Ill try focusing on the fact that Im afriad of what this is doing to my emotions, this will hopefully allow me to run out the wood in fear. This way I can start affresh.

When I get out I want to find some happy pills and go in again.

Thinking is becoming hard for Mephistopheles through the red haze of his own rage. He instinctively knows he€™s got to try and stop his rage from boiling over completely so he doesn€™t lose control, but try as he might he just can€™t change his focus. This worries him tremendously, and ironically achieves what he was trying to accomplish. The agitation quickly turns to fear, and into outright gibbering terror. He runs screaming from the woods.

Outskirts of Dryad Woods

Funky Junkie wakes up Marathon and Stomper, and they€™re just about to go in search of Mephistopheles when he comes screaming out of the woods and crashes right into Stomper.

now get the happy pills, were going in again...

Im actually gonna try and do some research on who Shockwave and Edge work for, and who the 3rd Gifted was. Failing that, ye olde training, SVP.

Dryad woods

Mephistopheles somehow lays his hands on some €œhappy pills€, takes them and tries going back into the woods. The others true to form laze around and let him do all the work.

Around

Blur tries doing some research on Edge and Shockwave. Apart from what€™s in the papers, no-one seems to know much about them. This having failed, he looks at the CCTV footage again to see if he can work out anything about the possible third member. There€™s only one person who seems suspicious, and that is a woman with orange stripes on her face, who just walks in and stands out of the way. No-one seems to pay any attention to her even though she€™s there for a good ten minutes. Then, when Edge and Shockwave enter, she doesn€™t seem the least bit put out.

Deep in Dryad Woods

The pills make Mephistopheles light headed, and the field makes him start to giggle uncontrollably. After not too long he just can€™t get his breath and passes out.

If not my powers sence somethins wrong with Mephistopheles i will rush to his aid

I would say send Psy in, she has the bets intelligence out of any of us, and therefore, proboblay has the best control over her mind and such.

Suggestion, Psy stays outside and controlls someones mind and emotions away from the powers influence.

Guardian H.Q

While training, Psy hears a mental cry of distress from Mephistopheles. Grabbing her coat, she rushes to his aid€¦ Finding out as she does so that the truck€™s been taken by the others.

Meanwhile€¦

Blur has decided to do some more investigation on Edge and Shockwave. However he hasn€™t had any new ideas and ends up watching telly instead.

Dryad Woods

The Guardians present at Dryad Woods are surprised to hear the sound of a car pulling up. It€™s a taxi, and out of it comes Psy. The fare is steep, but they manage to find enough money between them all to cover it. Psy quickly explains what€™s happened to Mephistopheles, and with that vanishes into the woods proper.

Meanwhile€¦

Blur has fallen asleep in front of the telly. + 3 to Blur€™s slob rating.

Depp in Dryad Woods

Johnny Depp is filming a new movie in Dryad Woods! I don€™t know why either. It€™s almost like some cosmic author made a typo, and decided to make a joke on it rather than delete it.

Deep in Dryad Woods

As she progresses inwards, Psy feels something building in her mind. Without even realising she€™s doing it, she uses her powers to block it from her mind. She then finds Mephistopheles. He€™s a dead weight, but she manages to drag him back to the others. Well there is an unfortunate incident with some stinging nettles along the way, but as his skin is red anyway he shouldn€™t notice the rash.
