Thats going to be a very compact 2 stage gear reduction and drive. Speed 900 @ 24V?

Astroflight Cobalt 25 on 16.5V. The wheels have a 85mm diameter.

Interesting choice. Why did you pick those for drive motors?

More power. :) I made a test setup to see if i could add an extra set of brushes, so i can use both outputs from a single Scorpion XL. But that didnt work. The motor timing is wrong. Best motor would be a scaled down version of the Bosch750, with neodymium magnets.
But i did notice that its easy to make take the motor apart and make new parts for it. So i can rebuild the motor and integrate the wheelbearings with the housing. Its easier then with a speed 700 or speed 900.

I like your drives. I hope you put up more pictures as you build them.
