No it suggests that you got no reading. How did you not get a voltage reading off the connection to the speed controllers?Quote:

Bolt & Syren both read 13V, can't access the IBC to check, BEC outputs 5V. Receiver pins read 5V & have flickered warning light when I accidentally tapped it.
Says to me that the RX is knackered.
