Ill get the shotgun...again, I dont actualy mean to be rude about this. Im actually pointing out a floor in the stats to make your bot better, if anyhting you should be grateful! Ive read all your posts actually, I dont know where this is comming from. Fine, Ill except the Tag Team Terror Grudge Match :) Nice to see you took my advice in the end :)
Well see what Matty says on the matter now and then Ill post my robot :)

Which robot will you be using to face Chris, Andy?
From 72 to 1 Extreme Continued!
Ill use my new FBS killer, The Nose :proud:
The Nose
The robot is a basic wedge shape, with a rear wedge, mainly to stop it flipping itself over backwards. At the front of the robot is a 15cm long nose that runs very low across the ground; this should mean I could get under any type of skirt and best of all I can slide under full body spinners without them getting too close to the robot.
It€™s driven by Hawker Genesis Nickel Cadium batteries powering two S28-150 Magmotors, the whole system is run on 24v. This time the motors have aluminium covers over the top of them to stop any overheating; it also acts as a bit of protection to stop bits getting inside and to stop them being shaken around a bit.
The wheels are two custom made solid wheels with aluminium hubs and a soft rubber tyre to give grip on all surfaces, weighing around 1kg each and are positioned inside the robot. The wheels are driven from the motors via a gearbox giving a top speed of around 15mph. The two wheels can also turn in dead on the spot fairly fast so I can keep the front or rear end to an opponent quite easily.
The front wedge is angled at just about 60* so it can slide under any opponent with ease, the angle may also get under a few skirts with the nose extension this should be no problem. This gives around dead on zero clearance at the front, leading up to around 1.5cm at the back of the robot; this should allow the wheels to move freely. I may also have an advantage in a pin to get out of it or to drive over bits on the arena surface without getting trapped.
The base-plate is made of 5mm thick Grade 5 Titanium while the rest of the robot is made of 5mm thick Grade 5 Titanium coated with a layer of €˜shock-absorbing€™ 5mm thick Lexan. The flipper is made of Steel 600 or Hardox, for the reasons its gonna be flipping full body spinners€¦
There is a rear-hinged flipper running all the way down the wedge and in the middle of the nose. It€™s powered by 2x 2.2kg CO2 bottles that drive a massive 80mm bore ram, the idea is to slide the nose under and then launch, for full body spinners launch them as quick as possible before they get to the robot.
The flipper can self-right the robot from all angles, the back and sides are rounded to help out

Well, I dont stand a chance (presuming youre talking to me, but what the hell! Onbly, however if you promise just to push ne down the pit if Im llosing miserably
Ill enter
TNC-(The new craze) Weight- 100 kg Speed- 8mph Armour 5mm Lexan and macralon compound. Locomotion- 4 wheel sand a caster below the robot Power- 4 Bosch 750s powered by a large nicad battery. Weapons- This weapon has been designed to kill Spinverter! It sticks out over a foot outside the front of the robot. Its a crusher powered hydraulically with a force of around 5 tones. The crusher is in axe form i.e. L-shaped but is driven vertically up and down as opposed to in an arc. The spikes on the crusher can be retracted to form a pair of spikes which we can use as a forklift, should the crusher be ineffective. Strengths- Excellent weapons system. Weaknesses- Uni directional-weaponry

Oh wait, I want vengance on Frank for beating me twice on slammer with the disc,
so using slammer III with the anti disc setup (the x positoned claws, powered by linear actuators for gripping made of titanium to prevent damage, with a rubber inside with grip to prevent escape, the pic of them was on my profile on the old forum) Then he cant damage my weapon so much but I can finally get hold of him.
If I loose this I am going to have to devise some weird wiry sptula tongs tpye things that will be so annoying to render.
Slammer III has stats at http://www.geocities.com/alex_j_holt/page7www.geocities.com/alex_j_holt/page7 as usaul although not including this setup.

No, Matty who is running the tourney is Matty. You are Haka :P
From 72 to 1 Extreme Continued!
Name: The Disc 2
Shape: A vertical spinning disc, supported by a framework and two large wheels. The components are all inside the wheels, which are perfectly round so it can€™t rest on its side. The framework is around the disc, and protects it from blows by horizontal spinners. The wheels also have a large spike sticking out from the centre, which prevents robots like Forcepower getting near enough to shove it around.
Speed: 10 MPH.
Weapon: 30 KG spinning disc, powered by a B42-500 magmotor and going at 4000 RPM. According to Aaron this will whack out around 52 Kj€™s per strike.
Armour: The wheels are made of 5 mm aluminium, over 1 CM rubber compound, over 6 MM Ti all around, with 2 CM rubber treads wrapped around and glued in place. The frame is made of 1cm Ti bars.
Srimech: Totally invertible. Controls won€™t even have to be reversed after flipping, meaning it can just go straight back on the attack.
Strengths: Very damaging weaponry, hard to attack as wedges will just go straight under the wheels and be hit by the disc, and axes and crushers will slide around the wheels as opposed to damaging them, plus Behemoth style scoops can€™t get near enough to shove thanks to the spikes.
Weaknesses: Quite hard to control.
The amusing thing about this fight is, thanks to the side spikes, hell be forced to try a very risky frontal or backal assault if he wants to grip the wheels, meaning I can just spin on the spot and whack his side.
For my own attacks Ill concentrate on the sides and try to get rid of those wheel guards... And then *evil grin*

Haka you need to have a grudge on someone in this tourney to compete.
From 72 to 1 Extreme Continued!
I have a grudge with mr Steve, Wedge 3 vs Wedgie 3d. I think Steve has a grudge against me as well (what was the end score, 7-1?)
Either Wedgie 3d will be online tomorrow or when Matty comes online I will send him the folder.

OK, first up in the grudge fights, we have.......
Baby Taz vs The Nose

ACTIVATE!
Baby Taz starts spinning up, but the nose has a quick charge underneath Baby Taz and flips it over and and then Baby Taz ends up self-righting itself but some of its teeth hit the floor and a bit of dust gets through the holes, and a few pieces of wood. Baby Taz does not take any dammage of this first counter, but after that, when Baby Taz goes for another attack from the spin, The Nose then gets underneath it, and the flipper flips Baby Taz, and some more blades hit the floor, and get in the armour again, and the spin stops, why, well the wood has jammed up some of the innards and it cant get up, the battle looks as if its going to end shortly, as Baby Taz cant get spinning again, and well, it stays on its back as Refbot counts 10 to Sgt. Bash comes in with the claw and gets through all the drill holes and Baby Taz catches fire! :o Refbot though puts out the fire as The Nose hits the pit release button, and Matilda dammages a part of the spinner with the flywheel, but the innards are already dammaged from being burnt, so armour dammage is just another hole to fall down, just like the pit, where The Nose comes in behind and pits Baby Taz.
CEASE!
Baby Taz is crying like a little wussy baby.
THE NOSE WINS THIS GRUDGE MATCH!!!!!
