That sounds like a reasonable approach, for example we don't live far from Terry, getting Storm II to him would be easy. Having said that though, I'm with Alan anyway to be a second pair of hands, so could take Storm II with him - either way, we'll get it there this year if it kills us :o)
Perhaps that's the best approach going forward, get all the entries in and then we can work out the most efficient logistics.
I am told that everyone who applied for funding has been informed of their positions. We have two tiers for funding this year. Tier 1 is the same as always. Tier 2 is the same as tier 1 but without the ferry ticket. If anybody on tier 1 has some space to fit some tier 2 stuff in, then tier 2 could leave their vehicle at the ferry port and travel. We would be able to pay the extra passengers. Please let us know if you have some room for robots or people!

Everybody has confirmed and all are now booked in. I'm sorry we cant fund more. Anybody who can find their own funding is welcome to come over and play. If you are coming, let us know in plenty of time so we can arrange space for you.

Hi Guys, any of you who are coming over Dublin in Jan I need a dig out. I have bought some large robot parts in High Wycombe and the guy wont ship them.
Would one of you please be able to pick it up and get it to me in Jan? I'll cover your fuel for going out of your way. Its quite bulky but light (fiberglass) so you'll need a bit of space.
