Sounds good, all depends on dates and our work.
Regarding robots we have venom and potentially ploughbot that could run in an open arena. Then we could get Santans mutt running but that's a co2 flipper so would need a suitable arena. We also have predator which is a spinner.
Will keep you posted about developments on that front James. I'm waiting on a few responses from various people at the moment, but not expecting to hear from them for a few weeks yet.
A Happy New Year to all you Scot-Bots lovers out there :)
May your 2013 be filled with robotic goodness.
In brief news, we've got our own domain on the web at www.scot-bots.co.uk. We don't yet have our own webpage though, so at the moment, visiting that address will just bring you right back here. But that's no bad thing, since here is where you'll find all our latest news, including information on our kits within the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned!
From our Facebook page:
It's worth mentioning that if anyone on here is interested in buying one and wants to save on postage, we'll be at the Barnsley Roaming Robots event and the UK FW champs so could bring them along :)Quote:

This looks awesome guys!
Copied across from our Facebook page. A bit far for most of you but thought we'd share it anyway :)
Here at Scot-Bots HQ, we are eggs-tremely pleased to announce that we will be appearing at the Glasgow Science Centre over the Easter weekend this year! From Friday 29th - Sunday 31st March, our full-size arena and Scot-Bots robots will be in action at the Science Centre and are open to anyone young and old who would like to come along and have a shot at operating a robot. Test your driving abilities by navigating around our obstacle course in the fastest time. Prove that you€™re the Lionel Messi of the robot world by scoring a wondergoal in robo-football. Watch hardened competitors of the featherweight combat category strut their stuff and get up close and technical with the workings of some weird and wonderful machines!
The Scot-Bots feature will be running from 12pm - 4pm each day (with the exception of Friday, when the centre closes at 3pm). Doors to the centre open at 10am each day and admission prices are £9.95 for adults and £7.95 for children/concessions/students etc. This covers you for the entire Science Mall so there are plenty of attractions and exhibits to keep you entertained alongside ourselves.
The centre generally sees numbers of 1500-2000 each day over the Easter weekend, so it will be a very busy few days but we are relishing the challenge! Updates and more information will follow in the lead-up to the event. We hope to see you there!
Good luck with that Jamie. :)
All looking good, I hope the weekend goes well.
